Are you in the market for a new perfume? Maybe you're looking for something that would make for an excellent gift? Well, the Indulge Eau De Parfum by Cake Beauty is a sweet smelling fragrance, perfect for the festive holidays. This eau due parfum is a scent that is sweet with a hint of spice, perfect for the holiday season, summer day, or light enough for daily use (day or night). The scent is lasting, and only needed to be applied when you're getting ready. With this product being a combination of eau de toilet and perfume, it's not needed to reapply throughout the day, as it actually lasts.

The Indulge Eau De Parfum is a wonderful product, that is thin in texture, and easily sprays on the skin. It absorbs quickly, and doesn't sting, itch, or leave your skin sticky. The product doesn't leave your skin greasy, sticky, nor does it leave it soft. This product contains water, alcohol denat, and perfume oil therefore, you would not want to spray it on clothing, as it could stain. It doesn't dry out your skin, nor does it irritate it if you have sensitive skin. I suffer from psoriasis and have sensitive skin, this product didn't affect me one bit.

The product easily sprays, as it's got a nice spray cap. Just one spray really is enough, as a little goes a long way.

The Indulge Eau De Parfum is a sweet and spicy aroma, that can be broken down into a few section of scents:

Top: citrus sparkle, fresh and juicy orchard fruits, caramel syrup, island sugar cane and star anise
Heart: heart of rich florals of jasmine, rose, lilly of the valley and water lilly
Base: warm vanilla met with sweet powdery notes

Normally I would think of a sweet smelling perfume as a juvenile type of perfume, but the quote above is Cake Beauty's way of making this product appeal to the more sophisticated person. It reminds me of my mother's kitchen early Christmas morning, after hours of baking some yummy goodies. You can clearly pick out the smell of vanilla, with the spicy smell of star anise, and the sweetness of caramel, but with a light powdery scent, with a hint of fresh citrus. It truly is hard to describe the real scent of this item, but it does smell yummy.

Too bad the taste of this product isn't as yummy as it smells. Yes, I actually licked my wrist after spraying it, and I don't advise doing that! It tastes like perfume should taste... nasty! If you were to put this on your skin, and then someone would give oral in the area it was sprayed, I'm sure they'd make a funny face because of the taste. That's okay, it will still bring any man closer wanting to eat you!

This perfume is top quality, as it actually does last all day. No need to reapply, as it's scent will absorb and stay on your skin. The product is safe on sensitive skin, and doesn't dry it out. If you're someone who loves a sweet and spicy type of fragrance, then this is the perfect item for you. This is perfect for day or night, and this is truly a gift of indulgence!

I personally prefer not to smell sweet, however, this scent would be perfect for a summer day. It smells like I've been baking all afternoon, and I'm sweet with sugar! Another excellent product by Cake Beauty.

The Indulge Eau De Parfum came packaged in a nice pink, recyclable box. The color is light pink, and is simple yet pretty. It has the name "indulge" written in the middle, and is in white and silver. Towards the bottom is the Cake logo, with "eau de parfum", and the sizing "50ml/1.7 fl.oz" written. The back of the box is completely plain, no design at all, and is the same pretty pink color. The back includes some of the ingredients that are included in this product.





The box is well made, as it helps hold the perfume bottle in place. Excellent presentation and quality when it comes to the packaging, but still the minimal so that it's earth friendly. Everything about this product can be recycled, and the ingredients are all natural. The bottle is small enough to toss in your luggage while travelling, and the original box keeps it safe for a long journey.
