Wet Gellee - lubricant discontinued by Wet Lubricants - review by Angel Baby

I tried one taste of this stuff and that was too much. It does not taste like strawberry/kiwi. It tastes like some sort of nasty, sugar-free watermelon gum that I would not buy! I would not suggest licking this off your partner unless you like the taste of sugar-free watermelon gum that tastes gross. Everyone’s taste buds are different though, so who knows - that’s just my personal opinion on the taste. I think personally that it absorbs into the skin fairly quickly. If you’re looking for an actual lubricant for sex, this will wear off quickly and you will have to use more, but if you’re getting it just for oral, then that would be fine. It is a smooth-feeling lubricant that glides, but it just dries too dang fast. To me, the ingredient list just doesn’t seem healthy for the licking.

The ingredient list goes as follows: Glycerin, PEG-32, , Tocopheryl/Acetate, Citric Acid, Carbomer, Flavor, PEG-40 Castor Oil, Aloe Barbadensis, Leaf Juice, Polysorbate20, Sodium Benzoate, Tetrahydroxypropl Ethylenediamine, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sucralose, PEG-45M, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Sorbate, Propylene Glycol, Methlparaben, Imidizolidinyl Carbamide. I wish I had read the ingredient list before ingesting the one lick. It didn’t harm my skin at all or cause any feminine problems. The smell is great but it doesn’t smell like kiwi/strawberry, either. It smells like a watermelon body spray or watermelon gum. It does smell good, but just doesn’t taste good. This lubricant is easy clean up. You can use soap and water, wet wipes, or shower and get it off. You can wash it off of materials (clothing, etc.) easily, as well.

I accidentally spilled it on my shirt and the lubricant came right off and didn’t stain. Since this is water-based, you can use it on your silicone toys as well and not worry about ruining them. If you like the taste of this stuff and don’t mind reapplying it every now and again during use then this would be a great multi-use lubricant for you. You could use it for solo or to lick off your partner. According to the directions on the packaging it says that its latex safe, so you can use this toy on any latex condom and not have any worries about the lubricant eating through it.

Just a little extra info would be that it doesn’t contain spermicide according to the packaging. With Wet blazoned across the packaging I wouldn’t say it’s a discreet bottle. This lubricant is a clear liquid and has the consistency of baby oil. This lubricant comes in a 6 ounce container with a pull open lid. I would personally suggest getting another Wet lubricant. They make amazing stuff but this is a hit and miss.

It tastes disgusting! It dries out and gets sticky quickly. It smells like watermelon bubble gum, and that is the one and only plus. I cannot stand this. It was a great idea, but it just didn't go over well with me.
