Sticky Icky!
This lubricant was so bad that I had to throw it out after the first few uses. I wouldn't even use this for inserting a thermometer on my newborn (as some have mentioned), I would stick with vasoline. Yes, this lubricant is that awful. Messy clean up, gunky build up and balls of dried up lubricant-not sexy nor arousing.

Pros
Container is sealed tightly, water based (can be used with any toy)
Cons
Becomes tacky during use, leaves behind "balls" of gunk, reapplying needed often, messy clean up
I would have to say that KY is probably the most recognizable and well known brand of lubricant on the market today. I've heard so many of my friends say that they love how well KY works and how much it enhances their sex life. Personally, I did not see anything about the KY Jelly that made me "ooh" or "ahh".
KY Jelly comes in a cardboard box with all general information and directions. The lubricant itself comes in a 4 ounce tube with a screw on lid. The KY Jelly is clear and water based. This lubricant can be used with any toy. Ingredients include: Purified water, Glycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Gluconolactone, Methylparaben, Sodium Hydroxide. This lubricant is unscented and unflavored.
I did not care much at all for the KY Jelly as I found it to be rather tacky after only a few short minutes. The longer we continued on, the more we had to apply and the more tacky it became. This was (of course) not appealing or arousing in the least. This lubricant might be good for some uses such as inserting toys or the like, however if you are looking to spend some "quality time" creating any kind of friction, this lubricant is going to get super thick and tacky quick. I found too, afterwards the Jelly had actually gotten so thick that there was small rubbery type balls all over my thigh and crotch area. It was quite disgusting to be honest.
Clean up is not as easy as one would think either. Because of the stickiness and thickness of the lubricant on my genitals, I found that wiping with a warm rag or baby wipe only smeared it, rather than removing it. Again, pretty gross. I would highly suggest a full shower with soapy, warm water or a soapy rag. I was rather disappointed to see this kind of "performance" from KY. I would not recommend this for anal use at all. We did not try going that route, beings our experience from the "main entrance" was bad enough. No need to add salt to the wound, so to speak.
Overall, I would not recommend this lubricant to anyone for much of anything. I would highly recommend spending the extra money for some of the other lubricants EF offers that not only have more product in them, but also do a much better job. By far, I would have to say that this lubricant is the worse that I have tried to date and I have tried A LOT.

Follow-up commentary
1 day after original review
Did a run through of our toy stash lastnight and found that some of this had leaked out of the cap. For some reason, it seems that there was a small crack in it. Must have screwed it on too tight? Either way, we didn't care for it balling up into goo, so this was one of them to go.
