Strawberry Delight

Kama Sutra's petite body souffles can be used for massage or just as an everyday lotion. Their size makes them great to just throw in your purse and go. This lotion can be used all over although because it is scented I would keep it away from sensitive areas. I have sensitive skin that often reacts easily to scented products and I was fine with this so that earned this lotion extra points in my book. It's hypoallergenic and it moisturizes great, if you rub it in good! If you use too much and don't rub it in and let it absorb into your skin, it can get a bit sticky.

This lotion is nice and thick so it's best to only take a quarter sized amount at a time and massage it in to let it thin out. It's thick and smooth but after you give it a good rub in, it thins out and becomes velvety soft once it absorbs into your skin. It doesn't feel greasy, it feels silky to the touch and left my skin feeling silky smooth. When I did use too much initially it did become messy and sticky so the key with this lotion is to build your way up to the amount you need. Start small and work from there.

I love love love the smell of this lotion. It's a nice light strawberry scent, not strong at all but still enough to notice. It smells like strawberry ice cream, it smells good enough to eat! This lotion is edible however I didn't care for the taste at all. You can't really sense much of a strawberry taste and it tasted very waxy to me. It felt like I was licking lotion, it smells far better than it tastes! I won't say that the taste was bad because some may prefer a light taste but the texture of it was what threw me off. If the taste had been as strong as the waxy feeling I probably would've liked it more. There was no after taste with this lotion though since the flavor was pretty light to begin with, it just left the waxy feeling behind.

As a massage lotion this works great! It moisturized my skin and left it with the light scent of strawberries. I didn't need to reapply often at all, a little goes a long way and it was absorbed nicely into my skin. It wasn't greasy or tacky (except for when I initially used too much) and was overall a long lasting lotion that smelled great! I threw this in my purse and use it daily now as hand lotion on the go. It's a great size for your purse, it smells nice and it'll keep your skin velvety smooth to the touch. I haven't had to wash this lotion off after using it because it sinks into my skin nicely. Starting with a smaller amount and working your way up is the key here!

The packaging for this is similar to other Kama Sutra packaging: classy, sleek and pretty. The packaging would make this lotion a great gift. It comes packaged in a small plastic box that opens easily. The lotion itself is in a small jar with a twist off lid and it comes with a seal over the jar that I removed.
