JO H2O lubricant - water based lube by System JO - review by Beezlebud

Use it on yourself, someone else, silicone toys, polymer based toys, a log, the neighbors do…g. Sorry got a little carried away but water based lubes have millions of uses. They can be used by literally everyone (unless your allergic to Parabens, see below)and on literally everything. It’s safe for condoms, male toys, female toys, C-ring’s, silicone parts made for boys…the list goes on and on.

Ingredients: Propyl Paraben, Methyl Paraben, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Glycerin, Purified Water

Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose is found in the JoH20 Lube OMG that’s a mouthful. Luckily there has only been one purported case of this ingredient causing an allergic reaction and that was after having the substance injected into her in 1956. Parabens which are the suspension agents found in JoH20. They have a very low rate of allergic reactions a study sited that 0.5% of people tested positive. Glyercin, and Pure Water are all hypoallergenic substances. It’s really safe for 99.5% of the world.

It’s smoooooooth. JoH20 has a silky like texture but at first it seems a little lighter than other lubes. My first impression is this is going to run everywhere and leave a noticeable wet spot in my bed. After application I found the lube spread out nicely and didn’t run like water. The small dab I normally use spreads out nicely and stays where you want it. It has a very light silky feel to it, stays smooth even after an hour of application, and it has never gotten sticky. Afterwards the lube can easily be cleaned off with a wet rag due to it's light texture and water like consistency.

The lengths I go to write I decent review…ok it’s not bad, it’s not good, it just tastes like water out my tap. There is no smell from the lube and the toys I have used it on have not gotten any strange odor from use. The toys I have used it on still smell the same as when I got them out the box; thanks to proper cleaning and being anal retentive.

I can only offer an opinion from a single guy’s perspective, I really need to find another vict…I mean assistant. *wink*

From my solo sessions with and without toys I found the lube outlasted me every time. A typical solo session ranges any were to 20 min to an hour and never once did I find the need to apply more than a dime sized drop. When using JoH20 with my favorite sleeve I found that I needed to lube both parts to have the most desired effect. I give myself a prostate message for good health and that intense feeling that happens when it’s touched. Using the lube anally I found it to irritate my sensitive membrane at first but the feeling quickly went away (yes I cut my nails) after a minute or so. I tried again with a gloved finger and still felt a slight twinge from the lube but it was less intense than the first time. Also, I got the small bottle 1 fl oz and have been very surprised with how long the little bottle has made it. After 2 weeks I still have approximately another week on it.

Overall the packaging is unobtrusive very discreet. It has the standard warnings, ingredient list and there isn’t anything sexually explicit on the packaging. I like it’s small size which makes it covenant to throw in an overnight bag if you have a sleep over or on an overnight business trip.

I have been using this product for about three weeks and have not had any unsightly stains on my sheets as a result. I personally enjoy the thickness and viscosity of the lubricant as it provides a long lasting smooth feeling with out feeling like a got gunk in my junk.
