Try to Warm Me Up...TRY

If you are looking to experiment with new sensations, warming lubricant is a good place to start. This is a cheap option, however it isn't great at being a lubricant. You can use this as a massage lotion also, but it will need to be reapplied since it can become sticky.
Published:
Pros
Nice package, easy to dispense, warming effect may be nice for some, no smell or taste.
Cons
Not great as a lube, massage lotion, warming can distract more than arouse, gets sticky.

Use

This pleasure enhancing product from Durex can be used as a lubricant for sex, toys, or for massage. Because of its water base it is easy to clean and can be used with all toys, including silicone. Those with sensitive skin may want to rethink trying this as warming could cause irritation. But for those of you without, this could add a unique sensation to your sexual arousal, if it doesn't distract you like it did for me.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

This lubricant is water based so it isn't terribly thick. Compared to other water based lubricants, this one isn't nearly as smooth as others I have used. It isn't runny. The bottle makes it easy to pour/pump out with its push down dispenser. The lubricant has a consistency that allows it to stay put where it is applied. At first application it isn't sticky or greasy.

Taste / Aroma

Durex Warming lubricant is non-scented and non-flavored. There are no concerns for gross odor or taste here!

Performance

This lubricant wasn't shining as a lube. It didn't last that long and got thick and sticky fairly quickly. It did easy in the insertion of toys though. However, if you want to do a lot of thrusting this lube isn't good for that. It doesn't get absorbed either.

And for the warming feeling...it took a while to feel it. I would say it took about 5 minutes. It was not overwhelming, but still noticeable. For me, it didn't add that much in terms of sensation. This did not bring me closer to orgasm.

This is much better for massage, but be prepared to add more when it gets sticky. When used as a hand job lubricant, my male partner wasn't a fan. It was also distracting for him instead of being arousing. He did think it was cool that it got hotter when you blew on it during massage, but not for any other type of play. Clean up was fairly easy. Soap and warm water do the trick.
    • Gets sticky
    • Needs to be washed off with soap and water

Packaging

The bottle for this lube is ingenious. It has a locking turn top that when unlocked serves as a spill-free pump! It dispenses the perfect amount of lube for a session. Because of this design, I wouldn't be afraid to travel with it. The label on the bottle is a deep red. There is nothing explicit on the package, it actually kind of looks like a soap or hair mousse dispenser. The bottle holds 3.4 oz of lubricant, which will last a long time. When first bought, the bottle will have around 2 years before it expires.
    • Discreet looking packaging
    • Does not leak
    • Easy to use / dispense

Follow-up commentary
Warming lubricants are still not my forte, and probably never will be. I found that same problem with this lubricant as I did with my tingling one from Durex. I liked that one more but still couldn't use it before the expiration. I don't like to use lubricants past their printed date. This one doesn't seem to be any different in feeling even though it is close to expiring. If you are like me and don't like keeping things past their printed date, I would suggest buying a smaller bottle. They have a 2 oz bottle of this for less than $5 at Walgreens.

what has been your favorite warming product? We tried several, years ago. She liked China Nymph Cream, but wondered if there was something stronger

    @Geek, I don't like warming period, so I don't have a favorite. I find them all distracting.
