Wet Platinum is a silicone lube that is perfect for sexual encounters in water. It will not wash off like oil or water based lubes. You can also use this for basic solo and sexual encounters, however, if you are using this with your toys, make sure it is compatible with the material of the item you are playing with. Silicone has a tendency to react with other compounds and silicones and break them down. This is also used for help with putting latex clothing on. Since it is latex compatible, this works great with condoms.

The silicone lube is great for men, women and couples of every experience level. Silicone lubes last longer without reapplications, so you can enjoy your sexual marathons without worrying about lubing up as often.

Wet Platinum lube is a bit on the thin and runny side, so take care when applying. It does stain your sheets and clothing, I have not been able to get it out of our sheet set with washing. This has a nice glide to it, however, it can become a bit sticky after 30-45 minutes. I had to add another drop of lube to lighten it back up and get the glide back.

This leaves a greasy/oily feeling to your skin and frequent re-washing is necessary for removal. If you do not get this thoroughly cleaned off your skin, you may get a light acne break out. Yes, even there!! The lube had a tendency to run a bit, so make sure you rub it in immediately in order to keep it in place.

There is a very slight chemical aroma to the lube, but you will only notice if it is right near your nose. Otherwise, there is no actual smell.

DO NOT get this in your mouth!! It leaves a lingering, greasy, film in your mouth that does not come off very easily. I did not taste this on purpose, it just happened..and boy, did I regret it!!

Wet Platinum will outlast your sexual encounter by hours, even days!! This is a very difficult lube to remove, hence being perfect for sex in showers and tubs. My husband and I decided to have a very slippery and fun night. We covered each other in this lube and played for hours with a couple reapplications. There were a few flaws to our "brilliant" idea.

We had to throw away our sheets, they were so stained and washing did not get the lube out. Removal of this lube is almost impossible!! We had some in our hair, and even after 5-6 shampoos, our hair still looked slightly greasy. It took two days of continual showers to remove all of the lube out of our hair. I came down with a light acne problem on my chest and under my chin. We eventually used Dawn dish soap to remove all the lube from our skin, wow, we should have tried that from the beginning!!

One more word of caution: this lube does desensitize you a bit. If you over apply, there is a bit of desensitizing of the clitoris and penis, so you will have a bit of a longer time prior to orgasm. This can be used as a fun edging lube or a frustrating sexual encounter..your choice.
