Ultra - silicone-based lubricant by Wicked - review by tlemons

This silicone based lube can be used wherever and whenever you choose. It works well during intercourse. It can be used with non-silicone toys, and is great for handjobs. It could be used during anal, however we haven't got the chance to try that out yet. I would imagine it would be just fine. I always encourage shower sex, however I don't encourage any lubes to be used in shower because all lubes can make the floor slippery. If you insist on lubes in shower, the please do be careful.

I think this lube would work in the dorm atmosphere because the clean-up doesn't take too much effort. A wet towel will clean up most of it, and even if you do leave it on your skin it doesn't feel sticky. It actually leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth.

As soon as I received the package I immediately opened it. I pumped some on to my fingers and it wasn't too watery or too thick. I would say just a little bit thicker than baby oil. It felt very slick and silky. It didn't leave my hands feeling sticky or tacky, and it easily washed away with soap and water. My hands continued to feel soft throughout the day. The pump on the bottle makes it easy to use one handed.

Ingredients: Dimethicone, Dimethiconol.

Dimethicone is also known as polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) which is used in many skin and hair products. I did notice both ingredients in most of my hair products; its what helps give your hair that silky shiny look.

There was no smell to Ultra. It barely has a taste to it at all. The taste was just enough to know something was there but not enough to quit doing what you're doing. I would not recommend to use this for oral sex. It's not an edible lube, so no swallowing!

Ultra was a very silky lube, however I don't think it gave that super slick feeling that I enjoy. It did make it a bit easier to penetrate. It does last long with a smooth glide, however we had to re-apply once just to keep that "wet" feeling. It re-applies with ease. It did get slick with just a little bit of saliva. It makes giving head the nice slick feeling. It worked well giving hand jobs and with all our non-silicone toys. I just love the fact that it never got sticky. I never thought "eww, I got this sticky lube all over me, I have to get it off." It is a long lasting lube.

We also used this to massage each other and it did absorb into skin nicely without feeling greasy.

When I opened the box when it arrived, the bottle was in a plastic bag and then plastic wrapping around it as well. The plastic wrapping had an "easy-pull" tab on it. It was not so easy since it came off in tiny strips. The bottle has a very sleek look to it with a convenient pump on it, making it easy to apply. I did find it tricky to re-apply because the bottle itself is slick. The bottle doesn't leak or anything either, so there is no problem or worries storing and taking it anywhere.

It is very discreet package and so is the bottle. It just appears to be a bottle of lotion. I think this would be a good gift to give to someone; I think its a great deal for the price. Yes, the price is a little high for a bottle of lube, but you don't have to to use a lot of it. You can enjoy the bottle for a long time.
