Opaque knee high - knee highs discontinued by Music legs - review by clockwork451

For the price (only 4 dollars!), these are a pretty decent pair of knee highs. They are of a high quality, and work great for casual or business wear, but can definitely double as a lingerie accessory.

These are a “one size fits all” so there are no additional sizing choices. Un-stretched, from toe to tip, they measure 16 inches. They are made of 100% nylon, so obviously, they have a lot of give. I can stretch them out to about 28 inches. However, that does not mean that you can wear them to that height. I have pretty long legs, and I am pretty sure that I am maxing out the wearable length of these knee highs. My leg measures about 18 inches from my heel to just below my knee and I do not think that these knee highs will accommodate anything taller. There is a 2 inch wide band of double-layer, extra thick nylon to hold up the knee highs. It does a really good job of holding them up, and I have never had a problem with the knee highs sliding or rolling down. At the point where it sits on my leg, I measure a little less than 13 inches and this band is fairly tight on me. I think that anyone with calves thicker than 14 inches would feel uncomfortable while wearing these. This top band tends to collect fuzz a little because it is slightly more textured than the rest of the knee high, so make sure you check it before you leave the house.

The knee highs are pretty thin, so you do not have to worry about them making the inside of your shoes uncomfortable while wearing them. However, the material is also just thick enough to stay opaque when stretched out against your leg. When the material is stretched, it does become a little more see-through, but not a lot, only about as much as to the pattern of the knit. A dark tattoo would probably be covered by these knee highs. They are a nice addition to an outfit, especially in winter, because they are surprising warm.

I’m happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy them again. I have worn them out many times, and they have never pulled or torn. It would be nice if there was a larger color selection to choose from, because these are definitely an item I would pick up in multiple shades.

I have worn these out a few times now, and I still love them. They are very comfortable on both my legs and my feet. They do make my feet sweat a little, but that's just because of the material. I would definitely buy these in other colors.
