Opaque thigh highs - hosiery by Leg Avenue - review by shySEXXaddict

This was one of the first items I purchased off of Eden Fantasies. I was looking for a pair of thigh highs to wear with my Halloween costume ( a Sex Ed teacher) and I needed something that was warm, simple enough to not take away from the rest of my outfit, and sexy.

These black opaque thigh highs by Leg Avenue are simple and sexy. They have a thin solid black band at the opening where they sit on your thighs. Opaque as in they are a thicker nylon and harder to see through than most like sheers, semi-sheers, etc.. They do not have toe reinforcements but that's okay because unlike fishnets and nettings, these are solid so your toes cannot slip through. There also is no embellishments, seams, lace, or any other decorative thing on these. When I state simple..that's just what they are!

Leg Avenue makes these 100 % nylon ( excluding the spandex band at the top.) in six different colors. Those being two shades of blue, two shades of white, red, and these that I'm reviewing..black. Unfortunately there is only two shades left in stock.

They come delivered to you folded up on a little black hanger with a pink wrapper around them, nothing extravagant. On the wrapper it states that these thigh highs should only be washed in warm water and drip dried.

It also states on the package that these are a one size fits most, with the sizes ranging from 90lbs. to 160lbs. .I am at the top of the size range on these but decided to get them anyways hoping they would fit my thick thighs. I'm so happy I did because they go with everything and fit great ! They do cause a slight muffin top but with my thighs I'm use to alittle one. When I do wear these, which is often, I usually wear them just above my knees without garters. Being stretchy and hugging your legs tightly, garters are not needed with these unless you choose too. Even though they are stretchy, depending on the size of your legs I really don't think they would work well for anyone over 175. Please note that I am 5'4 or 5'5 (depending on what doctor I see,lol.) and when these are completely stretched to their farthest in length, they reach 2" from the crease of my legs.

In my pictures you might noticed that they are slightly rolled, these generally don't do that on their own. I was just to lazy to fix them for the pictures!

Having had these for awhile now and using them often, I don't think I will ever dislike them! When they finally snag and run, hopefully Eden will have them back in stock for me to swipe up! As I have said before in some of my other reviews..sometimes it's the simpliest, cheap items that can knock more complex. pricier pieces out of the water! That's how I feel about these thigh highs! Love them!
