Slim smooth delight - traditional vibrator by Doc Johnson - review by Vanessa Weiss

I received the Slim Smooth Delight vibrator as a free gift with my last order from EF. To be honest, since it was a free gift, my expectations were not... high. I come to you now to report that I am happily mistaken - it is actually quite a competent vibrator.

One of the better features of this little vibe is that it has a push button on the base rather than a twist-base to control the vibration. Very handy. You can cycle through three speeds of continuous vibration, and four different pulsating or scaling vibrations. I was surprised by this as well - I somewhat expected a very basic vibrator.

Don't get me wrong, this IS a very basic vibrator. But, it's a basic vibrator one step BETTER with the push button, the different modes, and a surprisingly strong vibration. It runs on AAA batteries (two of them) and I'll be blunt - it's way more powerful than I'd have imagined something powered by AAAs could be.

It's not incredibly good for insertion, though you could insert it if you'd like, I suppose, owing to the rather strange pointy tip. However, it is VERY good for clit play AND for bringing a little pleasure to the back door, as that tip is very narrow and can be inserted shallowly.

Made of plastic, the Slim Smooth Delight is quite easy to clean - I use soap and water to clean mine. It cannot be put in the dishwasher, but you could use a toy cleaner, alcohol, or possibly a 10% bleach solution to disinfect the non-porous surface.

It is not waterproof. Do not take it in the shower, bath or pool. Any sort of lube should be fine with this toy - plastic is fairly inert. If you are planning on sharing this vibrator please remember to use a condom over it.

Bottom line here: This is an incredibly competent, surprisingly well made step up from the basic stick vibrator. I'm shocked and pleasantly so - thanks EF! You picked a winner for this free gift.

This is quickly becoming a favorite around here. It's a great toy for stimulating the "back door" for both men and women. I use this on my partner and he loves it, and the fact that it's so easy to clean makes it handy for "switching off" using it.
