Cupid Kiss: First Vibe, and I Loved It.

The Cupid's Kiss is a light pink, TPR g-spot vibrator intended for vaginal use. It provides a small taste of g-spot stimulation as well as clitoral stimulation. If you're an experienced g-spotter, this probably isn't the toy for you. The head is very squishy, but I would very much recommend it if you're new to g-spot toys.

Use

Cupid's Kiss was my first vibe that I bought. Cupid's Kiss is a g-spot vibrator intended for vaginal use, but it can also be used for clitoral stimulation since the bullet in the vibrator is located towards the tip. I wouldn't recommend using the toy anally since there is no base. Cupid's Kiss works great for g-spot stimulation and that's mostly what I use the vibrator for though I do have a few complaints. The head of the vibrator is very small and squishy, and I think I need a little harder and larger surface area to get better stimulation of my g-spot.

Cupid's Kiss could be used with a partner as a clitoral stimulator. Sometimes I used it in the shower (it is waterproof, not submersible) with the shower head on my clitoris. It provides two very powerful sensations!

Material / Texture

When I first received the Cupid's Kiss and got it out of its packaging, it had a slight odor but nothing too overpowering, and it went away after washing it. The vibrator is made of TPR which is a silicone-based rubber compound. It means that no silicone lube should be used with this toy. The shaft of the Cupid's Kiss is smooth and has ridges. I never really feel the ridges when I'm using it unless I insert the toy all the way inside. The ridges are a little bigger at the bottom, and the toy is pretty wide near the base as well. I'm really happy that I chose this vibrator as my first toy, and I think it is a great beginner toy!

Design / Shape / Size

The full length of the Cupid's Kiss is 7 3/4", insertable length is 6", and diameter is 1 3/4". I think the design is a bit flawed; the ridges on the body aren't quite as noticeable as I expected. As I mentioned before, I don't like that the head of the vibrator is so small and that it's very squishy. The diameter is a bit big, so it may not be for everyone (not that you have to insert that much of it though.) The push button is a bit of a pain to scroll through - especially after having an orgasm and being ultra sensitive. You have to scroll through a bunch of patterns to turn it off.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Controls are very easy to use. It's a simple push button: low, med, high and lots of different patterns. I didn't and still don't like that you have to scroll through patterns to turn it off.

The vibrations are towards the tip of the vibrator which makes this a great clitoral stimulator as well as g-spot stimulator.

On the highest setting, the vibe makes about 3-4 bees worth of noise. It's not too bad if it's inside, but outside of the body, it's pretty loud. It has a few patterns and a setting that goes through all of the patterns. If you're into patterns, it's probably really awesome but I hate patterns!

I found it was hard to put batteries into this vibe. I don't remember if there's not a diagram for + and -. it took a little bit of screwing around to figure out how they go.

This toy does have a ring under the battery cap, so it is waterproof but not submersible. It does great in the shower!

Care and Maintenance

As stated in EdenFantasys guide to materials, "toys manufactured from TPR Silicone should be cleaned before and after each use with the warm water and antibacterial toy cleaner or mild soap." Since it is a squishy material, it's going to attract lint to it, so store it in a silk pouch or ziplock to keep lint away from it.

No silicone lube should be used with TPR. Water-based lube is fine.

If you wanted to, you could use a separate clitoral stimulator with the Cupid Kiss.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Personal comments

I really do like this vibrator, but after having it for almost a year without any other toys, I think it is time to broaden my toy horizons! I would love to try other g-spot dildos and vibes to compare to this one!
Follow-up commentary
I got this vibrator a while before doing my review, and this is just a few things I've noticed after having it for a while.

Where the TPR meets the plastic end, it tends to get a little hard to clean. There's space for germs and lube to hide, and it's a little bit hard to clean. Just a heads up to pay attention to that area when cleaning!

This toy is still my favorite vibrator for g-spot play. It works really well for me and if I'm going to use a toy, this is the one!
