A Bit of Love from Cupid

I wish this toy had an "emergency" off switch in case of roommates, but all-in-all, it was enjoyable. The cost is low, and it seems to often have promotions offered for it. As a relatively safe toy, it is enjoyable. The biggest downside was the noise which seemed rather rumbly to me, and I am sure that it could be heard on the other side of the door without background noise covering it.

I was a bit surprised when this toy popped up as a free gift for joining the edenfantasys newsletter. I was interested to see what they had going on anyway, but a free gift of a silicone toy seemed too good to be true. Now edenfantasys lists it as TPR-silicone, despite the manufacturer proudly stating that it is 100% silicone and "Made in China." It has a light scent to it, so I have a bit of doubt on the material quality. TPR is still relatively safe, but I personally will err on the side of caution as it is porous and can harbor bacteria if not washed well. Do not share a TPR toy with a partner unless you cover it with a condom. Thermoplastic rubber cannot be boiled like silicone can. Don't use silicone lube on the Cupid Kiss as it can ruin the toy.

I was hesitant when the box arrived, in part due to being afraid of another hard thick toy, and in part due to my boyfriend's mother opening our last order by mistake. With a bit of luck, it made it safely down to our room before being opened. Along with a few lube samples, the toy waited for my experimentation . The package was less than discreet - a cardboard and plastic box showing off the toy's texture. The package was oddly pretty somehow, but not display-worthy. Moving past this, I felt the toy's texture. It had a silky soft feel that seemed vaguely like earbud headphones (not the jelly kind). I brought it upstairs and washed it off well before adding a few AA batteries.

First off, I'd like to provide some background information before a full review. This is the third vibrator I have tried and by far the most girthy. At nearly 2 inches diameter near the base, it may not be ideal for beginners. I do have quite a bit of experience involving large dildos, and yet I still hesitate to try this without warming up first. The Cupid Kiss does have the nice feature of being waterproof, which I greatly enjoy for shower play. I have yet to test if it is safely submersible.

I warmed up a bit with clitoral stimulation with a finger, slathering myself in a water-based lubricant. After a few minutes I held the toy on the lowest setting against my clitoris. I slowly cycled through the eight settings with the push button on the bottom. I tried some insertions and found I couldn't hit my g-spot with the Kiss on my own, as I had to angle the base of the toy far down my ass. My hand went numb by the end of the play session. I was left satisfied, but it was neither the best nor worst experience I've had.

The vibration series consists of:

1. Steady (low)
2. Steady (medium)
3. Steady (high)
4. Steady low to high and repeating
5. Slow Pulse(medium)
6. Fast Pulse(medium)
7. Steady, MAX power
8. Cycles through the other 7 settings automatically
Follow-up commentary
I've started to enjoy using this vibe more. The material still confuses me, and when it worked its way lower in the toy box it took on a few dents in the soft outer surface. I am hoping a bit of extra space around it will let it re-form its original shape but it doesn't affect its use in any way. It has not gained any scent of plasticizers or anything else that would be cause for concern. I've learned I like it best for clitoral stimulation, or just the tip for vaginal use as it is decently girthy.
