This isn't really a vibrating panty in the true definition of the undergarment. It is, however, a convenient strap/holster system to hold an ergonomically shaped vibrator against your nether regions. Its strappy design allows for penetration of the other orifices without the chaffing one may achieve from a fuller panty.

The PU coating gives the durable plastic a velvety texture. It's smooth enough that lubricant isn't necessary. The matte texture does hold onto lubricant well if you choose to use one.

The "panty" is two bi-directional, adjustable elastic straps (like bra straps) that hook into the elastic lace band via garter hooks. The lace is soft and very stretchy: not at all scratchy, but a bit flimsy.

The vibrator is shaped to hug the mons, with a raised textured nub intended to stimulate the clitoris. If you have larger labia majora, this may provide a slight challenge. Naturally every toy experience varies for every user. I found the size of the vibrator to be a good "average" size, that should accommodate a variety of different body types' individual anatomy.

The push button design is programmed to require a prolonged press (4 seconds) to turn the device off. In the information sheet that comes with the toy says this is to prevent accidentally shutting the device off while in use, but if you're pressed against a hard surface, like, for example, the dresser *ahem*, the button can be bumped which will change the speed setting.

The one button control is certainly easy to use, and the three speeds are pretty standard. The vibration is gentle, teasing, and stimulating, but likely not strong enough to finish the job. It's whisper quiet, so it can be worn under clothes. The shaping of the vibrator allows it to sit comfortably along the skin; the stretchy straps and lace of the panty hold it securely where you put it without digging into the skin. Overall it's a very comfortable toy!

It's easy to care for: just wipe down with a damp cloth, a little squirt of toy cleaner, or a toy wipe. DO NOT submerge fully, and it's not dishwasher safe. The panty can be machine washed on delicate but, for longevity's sake, hand wash and lay flat to dry.
