This is a great little vibrator for beginners. This toy is big enough to get the job done but small enough that it wouldn't be overwhelming for an amateur. The Liv is great for stimulating the g-spot, but also works wonderfully on the clitoris and nipples. I love using it alone or even giving a show. It's very quiet, so no need to worry when using it in close quarters. The Liv is a smaller vibrator with a lock setting, so it's easy to travel with.

The texture is soft and velvety. The material has a slight drag so lube is probably needed. Since it is silicone, use water based lube. There is no noticeable odor.

The design is sleek and fits to your hand. The shape is curved enough to stimulate the g-spot and the head is tapered for easy penetration. This is my first rechargeable vibrator, and I love that there is no hassle of batteries. It charges fully in two hours, and gave me a hour and half of play with still some charge left. I loved the different patterns and powerful speed. Also, it has a nice slow and soft speed so if you are new to vibrators and are very sensitive, there is a speed for you. I was able to orgasm several times though clitoral and vaginal penetration.

It was on the smaller side. I like a little thicker circumference, but this is ideal for beginners. The size does make it easy to conceal. I loved that it has a lock setting for traveling. The Liv is nice and quiet, so you can use it with people in the next room. The vibrator and charge are of the highest quality.

This toy is not waterproof so be careful when you clean it. I find as long as you don't submerge the handle it is fine to rinse the silicone tip but toy cleaner or wipes would be best. For functions, I fell in love with the pulsing setting - not a fan of the lower speeds, but for some I'm sure they would work. As I said before very quiet so no need to worry about being overheard. The controls can be a little finicky; be sure to read the instructions and get a feel for them before diving in. The buttons are easy to find and control with thumb.

The Liv is easy to care for. It's best to keep it clean before and after using. I just use a basic spray toy cleaner or a wipe to clean it. The directions read to charge it a least once a month. I store mine in the box it came in or in the pouch it came with so not to come into contact with something that could harm the material. This toy is silicone so don't use a silicone lube. It is best to use a water based lube.

The packaging is nice. It comes in a hard cardboard box, easy to read instructions, one year warranty, silky pouch to store it in, and a packet of Lelo brand water based lube. The box would work very nice as a gift box or just for storage.
