There are so many uses for a personal massager. Personal massagers can be used to ease tension in muscles, particularly the heated variations, or for personal sexual pleasure. For pleasure reasons alone this is pretty universal. This can be used as a handheld external stimulator for the nipples, clitoris, or other erogenous zones on the body. Though this is generally associated with women I imagine this could also be used to stimulate the man on the shaft or other places. This can be used personally during a solo session with or without internal stimulation. It can be used with a cushion that has a built in holder for the massager turning it into an external vibrating mount for handsfree use. There are many attachments for texture or internal stimulation that can fit most massagers. It can be used during sex in accomdating positions for dual stimulation. Or it can be used by a partner on yourself. I imagine there are many other creative variations I haven't thought of. Be creative! The head is rather large so if you use this for clitoral stimulation you will touch the mound and lips as well. The My Miracle Massager is in no way waterproof. It is plugged in to the wall so at no point should you use this around water.

The My Miracle Massager is made of plastic and pvc. The handle is plastic, the head is pvc. The head is ribbed. There isn't a smell to it. The head isn't very soft and I wish the ribs weren't there. I feel the ribs make this a bit uncomfortable to use and I would desire a smooth head instead. The head pivots slightly if enough pressure is applied to it. Again, something I don't prefer is the pivoting head. I would prefer it to stay in place and not move away from the body when I get close and want to apply more pressure.

The massager handle is nearly banana shaped. It curves near the cord and is ribbed deeply to act as a slight grip and handle. In the same area is the settings which are a bit awkward. The massager is large and bulky and will require a larger area to store than a vibrator would. You must also account for the cord. There is also some weight to the massager.

This massager is 120 Volt and plugs into the electric socket to operate. It will not charge; it only works if plugged into the wall. Beware: after a while, say 15 or so minutes the massager gets warm, almost too warm to the skin. It overheats quickly. The controls are closest to the cord/handle area and are slide up/down controls. There are three "clicks" in the slide. The controls are OFF, LO, and HI. The vibrations are located throughout the whole massager but stronger in the head. The vibrations are SUPER strong, even on low, and the noise that comes from it is rather noisy. This is in no way a discreet sounding toy. The vibrations are numbing even on low and high is just out of this world strong. This should probably not be used for an extended period of time as numbing may occur and even pain. Though I must admit I have the strongest orgasms with these vibrations (enough to make you scream out because you can barely bare it!) I have experienced pain in the mound area of my pubic region that have lasted for up to 2 days at a time. The pain was like a soreness, maybe a bruise. Decreasing the amount of time this is used would be the best option to avoid said discomfort. The vibrations are super, super strong.

This isn't an internal toy but lube can be used if you wish. Any type lube should work just fine. To clean you would want to use antibacterial soap and water on the head. ONLY CLEAN WHEN UNPLUGGED. And, only clean the head with water. Don't get water in the toy. The safest route would probably be to use a wet cloth. This is an electric toy and you should take all measures of precaution to avoid shocking yourself. This is not a cordless toy so be sure to wrap the cord up to store. I like to save my bread ties for corded items such as this so I'll always have a twist-tie on hand to rangle in any cords.

When the toy arrived it was packed in a clear, plastic case. The casing shows a picture of the item in the box, displays the item in the box, and has bullet notes around the box to basically highlight some basics about the qualities of the massager.

* Watch out for water near this toy.
* Watch out for it overheating. This could damage the toy and/or your body.
* Do not use on broken, swollen, or sore skin.
* Do not use for extended periods of time.
* Trust your body's warning signals; if it's too much then stop.

This is my first experience with a personal massager and though I've read a million times how strong they are I didn't realize until I had my experience with it. This is no joke. The vibrations are so powerful it can be painful. I try to keep it on a low setting but even the low setting can be too much. But on one hand it makes me have shattering orgasms. I mean, screamers. With my experience with this massager there are some things I don't like. For one, it overheats and burns the skin if it's on too long. For two, the vibrations can actually cause pain or discomfosrt after use. I'm still in the learning stage with massagers but I don't think these are common issues. I could be wrong. I've taken what I've learned to apply a smarter way of using this. Such as, using for short periods of time and only on a low setting until I feel I need stronger. At that point, only use stronger setting for a very short time. All in all, I feel I should experiment with other massagers because so far my experience isn't all that great. Yes, my orgasms are freaking intense, BUT there are only 2 settings which are extremely powerful and it gets overheated rather quickly.
