Another comparable vibe is the Ideal massager, which also provides a powerful 2-level buzz with an ergonomic design. The Ideal, however, is re-chargeable and therefore, can be moved anywhere. Meanwhile, the Miracle Massager has to stay within cord's length of an outlet to be useful.

The construction is high quality, the plastic materials are comfortable and easy to clean. I use alternating methods of bottled toy cleaner and warm running water to clean up after use. They are also latex-free and Phthalates-free, so you can keep peace of mind.
