The Wahl Rechargable massager is a wonderful sensual vibrator that gives you a lot of buzz for your buck. Clit-o-steel? No problem. This one packs a good punch and will have you writhing in the sheets before you know it, and it won't wake the neighbors. It doesn't just stop there, either. Because of the different attachements, you can use this to stimulate the nipples, labia, and outer anal area, as well. If you're someone who needs some powerful vibrations, but want to keep it super discreet, this is certainly the thing for you. It's not just great for women, either. Men who enjoy a little buzz here and there can also experience the Wahl's magic.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention that you can use this as a regular massager, too. Imagine that! The variety of the attachments make it great for soothing away your aches and pains just about anywhere. It even includes a wonderful attachement that can help to rejuvenate facial skin!

Now, there's a few things this massager isn't. First of all, it's not meant to go anywhere inside you. Even though those vibrations may feel awesome internally, just don't do it. It's not anal-safe, either, so don't even think about it. It's also not waterproof. No making this your bathtime buddy. Also, make sure you're extra careful when cleaning it.

Due to the low level of noise, this is great in settings where noise could be an issue with other toys. And, because this is rechargable, you can take it just about anywhere. It can be your trusty companion on business trips, camping trips, road trips, or wherever else you'd need it. We're probably all familiar with having to fumble with the cords of other "massagers" and how much of a hassle it can be trying to find an outlet in a place where you can't be heard. No issues with that here!

Because of the strength of the vibrations, I'd only suggest this for those who know they like a lot of power. It may be a little much for those who haven't had that much experience with toys, or those who are a little more sensitive than those who need a jackhammer on their sexy parts

The body of the massager is made of plastic. Plastic is nice because it is generally non-porous. With this massager, however, you won't really need to worry about the body of the massager. The attachments are made of PVC. While PVC may be porous, and it's not specifically mentioned whether this is phtalate-free PVC (which is most likely is), it's not too much of a problem because these are for external use. It's best to keep your attachments monogamous if you have any issues with cleanliness. If you want to use some protection, a dental dam or condom that is cut open should be all you need. With the variety of attachments, you could designate one for each partner.

The different attachments offer a couple of different textures to work with. Most of the attachments are smooth, but you do have one that has a wave-like pattern on it, and you have the bristles on the "scalp massage" attachment. (I really don't think this one would really be all that confortable on your sexy bits, though). The textures are all simple, but very classic, so you're bound to find something that works for you.

The Wahl may not be the prettiest toy out there, but it wasn't really designed to be a "sensual object". It looks like it could be a large electric toothbrush. The beige-gold and tan colors of it make it seems perfectly innocent. The Wahl logo on the front adds even more discreet appeal. This is something you could leave out and about and not have to worry about. "Oh, that? Yeah, I use it when I have a sore neck." And, honestly, it's a little more discreet that the mighty Hitachi because of its lack of infamy.

The base of the Wahl is about 7 3/4" long, and 5" around at the largest part. The tallest attachment is only about 1 1/2" tall. It's also very lightweight, but it doesn't feel super cheap or flimsy. It's a lot less bulky than a lot of the other massagers out there, which is a major plus. I don't feel like I'm weilding some huge Orgasmatron 5000 device around when using it. It can easily be thrown into an overnight bag or larger purse without having to make a whole bunch of room for it. I even prefer this over my larger massagers because I can covertly hide it somewhere around my bed, or even underneath a pillow. It's also nice because it helps keep down the wrist fatigue that you can experiece with the heavier massagers.

The Wahl also has a nice pivot point about half-way down the body of the massager. This is great because it allows you to adjust the pressure nicely and assures you won't jam it into your naughty bits. It has the right amount of flex to work with you, but it also can stull apply a great amount of pressure to wherever you're using it.

The attachments secure to a little post on the top. So far, I've had no problems securing and removing the attachments. They don't really wiggle around during use and have a nice amount of grab

As stated earler, this is a rechargable massager. It does come with a charger and a stand you can use for it while charging, or for storage. Charge time is a couple of hours, and a full charge lasts for over two hours of fun. It's just a small bummer that you can't use it while charging.

The Wahl has one speed: high. Yes, there are others out there that have more speeds, but I was actually just fine with this one. If you find that it's too intense, use a cloth barrier. The switch to turn it on is on the front and it can be switched with a simple slide of the thumb. The power level is pretty intense, but I actually like it a lot better than my Hitachi. It offers the same amount of pleasure power as the Hitachi on low, while being a bit less rumbly. A plus I've found with the Wahl is that the vibrations don't leave you with that itchy/numb feeling, and they don't travel too far down the handle to make your hand go numb at all. Because of the pivot point in the base, the vibrations travelling down towards the handle end are lessened a great deal. Even while this baby has a lot of power, it's very quiet. It's not too audible under covers, and it can't be heard through a closed door, especially with a little background noise.

Now, on to the attachments. You get seven attachments which all have different suggested uses:

The Knuckle Joint Attachment: Great for soothing pain in joints. Has a triangular shape.

The Muscle Kneading Attachment: Great for large areas. This one has four little waves on it.

The General Body Attachment: This one is like a deep cone/bowl shape. Another one for general massage

The Scalp Stimulator: Round with small bristles on it. Great for scalp massage. (Doesn't seem comfotable for sexy massage.)

Facial Vitalizer: This one is a large, slightly concave attachment that is meant for use on the face. Hint: It also feels good on boobies.

Deep Muscle Stimulator: This one has a raised nub in the middle of it, and a couple of rings around it.
Spot Applicator: (My favorite) This one is a single nub with a small ring around it. Great for pinpoint stimulation.

The instructions state that you should keep it charging while it's not in use (but you don't have to). They also advise to let the battery run completely down at least once a month so that the overall battery life is extended. When you plug it in and it's getting a charge, the red light comes on on the base, and stays on until you take it off the charger. It was designed to be charged for long periods of time without overcharging.

To clean it, unplug it, turn it off, wipe with a slightly damp cloth or a toy wipe and dry. The attachments can be washed in warm, soapy water and left to air dry. Don't try to put them back on while they're wet.
If you need to use a lube (which doesn't seem likely), you can use a water-based one with this.

This is something you's expect to see on the shelf at Wal-Mart. It's very dicreet and innocent, and it would make a great gift for that. It's covert enough to give to your mom during Christmas when the whole family is there. There were also a lot of instructions included for massaging the different parts of the body and which attachments are suggested for each use.
