Do I still like it? Yes. However I still reach for the Hitachi over this toy as the vibrations are more deeper. If I want a bit extra in intensity in regards to actual vibrations though the fairy wand will deliver without fail. I have two massagers that are my favorites now. Well worth the money :)

Fairy Mini Wand -vs- the Hitachi Wand

The Hitachi is legendary. This is the first i have heard of the mini. Are the toy head the same size? Wondering because i know there are many attachments for the Hitachi. What are the differences in noise sound between the two.
I kinda like the mini due to the color & the way the vibration speed is adjustable.
Anyone tried both and have feedback. The video reviewer was very helpful, but i would like a few more opinions. Thanks as always. -
I think the "Big Fairy" ("Fairy Wand", not the mini) is the same size as the Hitachi. The controls work the same way. However, the Fairy line has many attachments of its own, particularly the Mini. :)
I haven't tried the Hitachi, so I can't compare, but I love my Fairy. -
The length of the power cord would be a nice piece of information to include with the specifications.

Fairy Mini Price Increase

I realize it's funny to post this when it's discounted right now.
My current one barely works, it's really worn out. I wanted/want to get a new one, it was out of stock for quite a while. When it was back in stock, I noticed the price had went up from $49.99 to 54.99. I don't think they started including shipping in the purchase price, but maybe I'm wrong. I wonder why the increase though.:/ -

Loved your review! Sounds awesome! I don't have the Hitachi but most seem to say the Hitachi on high is too much. I like the idea of incremental speeds but overall is it more powerful then the Hitachi? The size and color of the Mini look so much more sexy then the Hitachi.

Liz2 Yes as far as vibrations go it is alot more stronger than then Hitachi on high however the Hitachis vibrations are more of a deeper rumble so the two are still different in vibrations but if it's the ability you want to control the speed of the vibrations then the Fairy Wand is ideal
