This mini wand is great for power queens like me! While it's not as diverse as some other toys, as it is not for insertion and has to be plugged into an outlet, it is my go to clitoral vibe. The head of the Fairy Wand is a rubbery-like ribbed plastic. It is somewhat squishy but also firm. It didn't have any apparent smell or taste upon arrival, and doesn't have much drag. The texture is also pretty soft and feels nice against the clitoris.

The body of the toy is a cheaper, firmer plastic. The white parts are glossy and the pink parts have a frosted consistency. The part that connects the head to the body is also a rubbery-like "accordion" type of plastic which bends and is flexible with the movement of the toy. The Fairy Wand is somewhat bulky, somewhat loud, a bit heavy, and it plugs into the wall with a cord. I know, a bit old school, but I like it! I think the wheel makes it easier to change between speeds and makes the experience more fluid and fun.

The Fairy is pretty noisy. It is not as noisy as I was expecting based on the other reviews, but there is definitely a loud buzz noise that may be loud enough to hear through a closed door. While I love the intensity of vibrations, I do wish they were slightly more rumbly and a little less buzzy.

This toy is not waterproof because it has to be plugged into an outlet and because the toy is not coated entirely in a sealed plastic.

The material safety of this toy is 8. It is non porous and phthalate-free which can be cleaned with antibacterial soap or isopropyl alcohol. Because it is plastic, it is compatible with oil, silicone, and water based lubricants. One of my favorite lubes to use is virgin coconut oil!

After cleaning this toy, I wrap it in the little case it came in; a pink, velvety drawstring bag. Then I stick it in my dresser or on the night stand by my bed.

The Fairy Wand came packaged in a flimsy paper box. Inside the box was a light pink, velvety draw string bag which the vibe was inside of. The box is probably not something you would re-use, but the pink draw string bag is very cute and could be repurposed if you chose to do that.

In terms of length, the toy is stretches from about my wrist to my elbow. Yep, it's kinda big!

My partner and I love using this toy together. As mentioned previously, one of our favorite ways to use this vibe is during power play.
