OKay! Let me see if I can remember the things I was typing and items I suggested. I hate when I screw up like that! Okay. I know I had asked if you were looking more for restraints or whips/floggers, ball gags or what? For some beginner kits that include some little things like your typical flogger/whip, blindfold and cuff, I'll list some below that seem nice to me. Also though, if you're looking into a good restraint system, I highly recommend the Under The Bed Restraint System by Sportsheets! I got it as a beginner and we adore that thing! Easy to use and will last for years. Okay, here goes for some nice beginner BDSM kits:
The Bondage Basics Restraint kit looks like one of the best to me... I'll put links and photos of the things I suggest.

But if you're wanting more suggestions on handcuffs and restraints or whips, I could give you some more in-depth info and suggestions if you'd like that. So far I just threw in some links and photos to kits that I thought were great beginning kits.
If you wanted to buy some cuffs and a whip separately from a kit, there are a few nice ones I could suggest.

It's a cheap $9 rope, I believe so you could even look into that. It won't last long and soon you'd wanna try a good restraint system though.
