Here's what I do: I like to keep rubbing while I come, but slow it right down. This I find prolongs orgasm and provides "after shocks." Then I'll back off quite a bit as my clit is very sensitive at that time. I may rub very gently, hold the area, or move on to stimulate other parts of my body. If I'm going for more orgasms, I'll do this until I feel the desire in my body well up for another round. At that point my clit will definitely want to be rubbed again.
