I recommend getting something relatively plain, not something with lots of nubs or crazy texture patterns because you want to find out how you like glass. I recommend the Sasha Grey signature swell wand (which is in stock), or the similar looking Icicles No.8 or Reflections Amber both of which are out of stock right now. Even maybe the more expensive Icicles No. 22 in stock.

I mentioned the first three because they are all relatively inexpensive and a good way to try out glass for the first time without being stuck with an expensive paperweight if you don't like it. Remember, texture feels more extreme and overall size feels larger than they are because glass is so rigid. You can use any lube you like and a little goes a long way with glass. I love temperature play with glass and you should definitely try it cooled and/or warmed.

If you want a realistic looking cock in glass that's more girthy than most glass on here, then definitely try Casper which is a favorite of mine though I don't thrust it because the texture is too much for me personally, but twirling it while inserted is divine!
