I'm arguing from the guy's side that there is no hymen, so not a virgin, a purely technical approach to the matter, and after all, not everyone will be able to prove later that this is not the case, as I have already written a purely technical question.

Which of course started a conversation about what defines virginity, etc, but it's kind of stuck with me.
