For this product to work, the bulb has to be full. If it isn’t you will be in for a frustrating experience. Squeezing the tip into a bowl of water takes considerably more effort to get the bulb full enough. Once you have it, apply your lube and insert the tip of the douche. Give it a good squeeze and hold the water in for a second or two and release the water into the toilet. Repeat this step until the water comes out clean. Be sure to sit that for a little bit to make sure all the water is out. Then go, take your shower and have fun!
