Ultra Douche is a black and red douche by Cal Exotics made for those who want to stay clean and fresh. This is an anal douche, so it is helpful to those who like anal play, since this thing will really clean you out!

Your douche will come as a kit with three pieces to it. You'll have a red nozzle which is the part you insert, the black bulb which will contain your water or solution, and then a safety guard which looks almost like a cone you put around a dog's neck to keep it from scratching. Each piece is smooth and does not feel sharp at any point. The red piece, the nozzle, is made of plastic which should be cleaned with either isopropyl alcohol which is what I clean mine with, or antibacterial soap and hot water. The bulb and guard are both made of black rubber, which is very porous and isn't easy to clean. I just use warm water and a mild soap for mine and that's seemed to do just fine, but it can't be totally sterilized.

You will want to use silicone or water based lubricants with this product, because those are compatible with both materials. Of the two lubes, I would go with a silicone base, because it requires a lot of reapplication with water. Of the two lubes, the company recommends water based, so if you want the safest bet, I'd listen to them. I'm just stubborn and picky.

I did not taste this toy because I knew where it was going, and I couldn't bring myself to it but I did smell it. The plastic piece has no scent at all to it but the rubber pieces both have a really light rubbery scent to it. I can compare this to if you were to buy a pair of new shoes with rubber soles and smelled them.

This item is designed to clean you out like an enema. I've never had an enema before and I've never used any type of douche, so I was going into this blindly. I used plain warm water and poured into the bulb, piecing everything together, and found that the bulb works well to retain the water but it also makes it easy to squeeze out! One quick squeeze and water comes gushing out! I discovered this before inserting it into my body, so I had a mess to clean up!

The nozzle piece is 5.5" long prior to everything being assembled, and 4 1/4" after being assembled. This is adequate for just about anyone, but it is not overwhelming for someone new to douching. The nozzle has little holes in it which allow the solution to come through and enter your body.

I am new to any type of anal play, never have used a product like this and it was totally 100% comfortable. As much as can be expected, anyway. I didn't mind the feeling of the solution inside of me, and the toy itself wasn't uncomfortable aside from the fact that there was a foreign object inside of me!

This item certainly does what it was made to do! In just one use I could already tell the difference. I'd been pretty scared to use a product like this, because I was afraid it would hurt or be uncomfortable. I found that it was easy to use, not painful at all and I didn't have any of the side-effects I'd convinced myself I would!

Although I don't often do anal play, this is perfect for the times when I choose to. An anal douche like this is excellent to clean the system out and also help if you have any constipation. Ideally, you will want to use this douche a few hours before you are about to have any type of anal play, so it will have time to "do its thing".

Because this can not be sterilized I wipe the nozzle down with a toy wipe if I don't have time to clean it right away, but I always clean it with the alcohol when I get the chance. I also run water and mild soap over it before I prepare it for use.

Once I'm finished using it and it has been cleaned I simply leave it on a towel (taken apart) to air dry for a few hours. Because it is not very discreet I store mine in a box in my closet.

This item came in a soft plastic shell which could easily be pried open. The slip-in piece of paper didn't list any instructions, but it had basic information about the product and company. Although this product didn't have instructions it wasn't difficult to figure out how to use it.
