The beads are specified as anal beads, but don't be fooled. Honestly after using them, I prefer them vaginally. For one, the size is perfect for this use and they're incredibly easy to get in without any extra lube other than your own natural lubrication. For another, the nylon cord makes me wary to put this any closer to my bum than there. I did try it and it worked wonderfully, but it required a major cleaning before they would be going anywhere else. I feel much safer using them vaginally, even though the cleaning is still quite a piece of work.

The beads are hard, lightweight plastic. They're nice and smooth and slip in effortlessly even without lube. Unlike more rubbery beads, these will not cling to you. They will be more than happy to go in and out of you.

The string is a nylon material that adds a nice sensation, although it scared me alittle, to anything it rubs across. The little knots in the string feel wonderful against sensitive areas even without the beads.

These are perfectly usable for any situation. They are comfortable enough to wear for hours, totally waterproof, quiet, and the small beads are suited for beginners or advanced users alike.

If they seem a little overwhelming at times, you can use one or two of the beads at a time instead of the whole string.

I didn't think these beads would be all that pleasurable to be perfectly honest when I first saw their size. I thought they would be too small to feel good. I was very surprised that I could feel each arc of them inside of me, and even so they are incredibly comfortable. Easy to insert as well, either vaginally or anally with a bit of lubrication. The 'popping' sensation they give as they're pulled out is incredibly pleasurable. I found that pulling gently on the ring repeatedly instead of popping them out one by one or quickly was what turned me on the most, although those other methods are great as well.

The string that the beads are on is made of nylon, and the end of the string has been melted in order to avoid fraying. This means it is a little pokey, so definitely let it soften in some water or lube before applying to your sensitive bits if you are using it anally or are worried at all.

The hard plastic has proven to be compatible with water and silicone-based lubes, but when used vaginally, this does not seem to be necessary. The plastic is smooth, and the grape-sized beads slip in easily when given a little pressure.

There is no scent to the beads, and they are fine to be stored with your other toys.

Washing the beads in warm water with a gentle soap seems to suffice. The plastic is non-porous which is a huge plus for me!
