For the price they are an excellent set to start out with. The size and flexibility is great for a beginner. Although the cord is difficult to clean, we still have fun with them.

Use

The size of the beads are perfect for use by anyone. These are most definitely NOT gender specific. I like to go slowly with each bead, use plenty of lube and leave them in awhile. Then when they are ready to come out the convenient ring on the end really comes in handy.

Material / Texture

The beads are very firm and smooth. The cord is a little rough unless you use plenty of lubrication on it. You do want to make sure you thoroughly examine each bead for seams as they can be sharp and add discomfort entering and exiting your anus.

The design is great and they performed alright. As far as the size is concerned, they are fine for the beginning anal user. The more advanced user is going to want to look for something a little larger. The compact design being that the beads are on a cord makes it easy to store and travel with.

Performance

The best feature these anal beads have is the flexible cord they are strung on. When inserted they will move with the contours of their intended region. Used in the anus in combination with a dildo or vibrator being inserted in the vagina is an added sensation. I will insert them into my wife's anus while I play with a dildo in her vagina, and when she is climaxing I pull them out with a gentle tug one at a time.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning the beads is fairly simple with soap and water or toy cleaner. The cord is a little more involved. You must pay extra attention to make sure you get it completely clean. Storing is simple. We just toss it in the toy chest and when we get ready to use it rinse it off and it's ready to go. Being made of plastic you can use a variety of lubes with them but I recommend I nice, silky silicone brand.

The set we bought was packaged in a clear hard plastic box. Instructions were minimal but good enough to explain what this toy is used for.

All in all not very exciting but they work for the intended purpose. Good value for a first set.

Experience

My wife loves to play with them and enjoys them very much. I, on the other hand, wished they were a little bigger in size. The cord can be rough unless thoroughly lubricated.

Follow-up commentary I still don't like it 3 months after original review

Nothing has changed, since my initial review, except maybe the fact that they have remained in the bottom of the toy chest. Most likely will be banished to the island of forgotten toys.
