The pure plug medium is small, but heavy. It hasn't fallen out for me and probably won't for you. The base is big enough so it won't slide into you. The neck is very small, so the difference between it and 1.25 inches of the biggest diameter makes sure it won't slide out of you, either. It is great for temperature play but you might get an unexpected chill if it's cool upon insertion. It is comfortable and can basically be used anytime, anywhere.

When I started on my ass adventure, I knew that eventually I would want one of these beauties. I struggled to decide between the medium and the large. The Plug of Lust wasn't a good shape for me. The tip was uncomfortable and too pointy for my anatomy. This may not be the case for others, but for my it was too firm and too stabby feeling for me to get comfortable with. This plug was OK. It was not amazing. Other than the maintenance, it really wasn't that bad either. I would not recommend it to a closest friend though. The Neptune is lighter and more affordable than metal anal toys. And it is also high-quality and worth the price if it isn't too big for you. No matter your anatomy, the Neptune is a great anal plug. Those that have a prostate will enjoy it's curve for prostate stimulation.
