Crystal jellies anal starter - anal probe by Doc Johnson - review by Retro

I first bought this product because I was told jelly dildos were good to practice deep throating on. I have always had trouble with gagging and I figured the smaller size would make it easier to practice on. When I received the anal starter, my husband was very curious about it. We have been messing with male anal play for several years now and he is usually very picky about the things we use in our play.

When first opening the package there was a strong smell, forewarning. To me, I have no problems with the smells of this type of materials, but I have seen others remark on them being sensitive to this or other smells. The anal starter is, of course, flexible. It has a suction cup on the bottom making it easy for different things and is 7 inches long.

My husband decided he wanted me to try this on him right away. We do not currently have a strap on harness that allows you to change the toys out so we improvised. I just took a pair of underwear I did not care about and cut a hole to fit it through. When in the moment to play, I find if it works, then there is no need to complain. It worked for what we needed, which was for my husband to be taken from behind. I have also used it with just my hand. My husband tried the suction cup on a flat surface to try and "sit" on it just to see if he could. He said if he had really tried, he could have probably gotten it to work, except it was being very flimsy which frustrated him.

Cleaning up was very easy for me. I turned my sink faucet on and let the water get as hot as possible. I do not know the exact temperature, but I have my water heater set very high for my showers. I placed the anal starter under the hot water and let the water run all over the toy. I used antibacterial soap after I let the toy rinse for a bit, and then rinsed it off again. I tend to keep the packaging that toys of this material come in as a way to protect them a little more. The packaging I received was just plastic. The anal starter fitted into it and it was easy to open and close, so I kept it and wipe it out regularly.

I never got to try use this toy for deep throating as I originally intended. My husband took quite a liking to this toy so I plan to order two more. My current anal starter will be for play with my husband, then I wish to get the other two more for deep throating and my own anal play. Getting one to deep throat is not a big deal, but sometimes my husband and I like to pretend I have a penis, so this is also easy for him to suck on. The toy is very affordable to me. When I do get another jelly anal starter, I will be sure do an updated review on how well it worked for me in both ends.

I still enjoy using this toy. It is easy for me to clean and it is a toy I can use with my partner. We don't use it as much anymore but we still enjoy it every time we put it into play.
