It works great at it's intended usage. Working it in to my wife's very sensitive rear was pretty easy. Some have said that the dildo is a little flimsy. I would say flexible, not flimsy. I think that's a part of why this thing is so successful is because of it's flexibility. Had it been stiffer, I may have been locked out of anal play with the wife. As for male use, I find it pretty comfortable. The shaft is pretty long and narrow (something I was looking for since she can get a little rough) which makes it pretty painless to get pounded for nearly an hour without fatigue.
