This plug is great for anal intermediates and novices to experiment with. It is also great for more experienced users, especially for foreplay. Its great ability to stay in is nice for double-penetration play as well.

Silicone is a wonderful material. It is velvety smooth, which is typical of high-grade silicone toys, and it works great with my Maximus lube. The silver swirls are very pretty. It's quite firm—just strong enough for anal play, especially since the end is a bit more blunt and needs more pressure at first. But it has plenty of flexibility, so there is no danger of injury. There is no odor since it is silicone. I adore the smooth, perfect, velvety texture of this toy's silicone.

I browsed hundreds of different plugs and finally settled on this one. I like to use these for double-penetration play, so I was specifically looking for a design that would stay in place well. The Joe Rock did not disappoint! The tip is fairly blunt, which makes for an immediately enjoyable experience (although one must be a tad more relaxed for entry). The fairly consistent width makes it fun to thrust in and out a bit while the bottom keeps it firmly in place. The oval base keeps it safely out but doesn't get in the way as circular bases can. I thought the ridge transition between the plug and the neck would be a bit too dramatic, but it isn't an issue at all. The size is a bit smaller than I expected since I had hoped the insertable portion would be a bit longer. But while the size seemed small when I got it, the very slight 1/4" increment over my last one was surprisingly formidable. I would recommend it for other novices like myself and perhaps the average user as well. 1 1/4", however, is fairly small, so anyone who is experienced with these would probably want to try something bigger. The size is nice for travel and can fit in just about any small pouch, although the appearance is rather obviously non-discreet.

This toy is really nice for warming up or practice, which is exactly why I bought it. It is also a great addition for double-penetration play as it does a very nice job of staying in so that one can feel free to pay attention to other activities. It was perfect for its purpose, although it is a bit smaller than I had expected. The beautiful texture, shape, and flexibility make it my favorite of all my plugs.

Generally, I simply wash the toy gently with antibacterial handwash, and I have had no problems. Of course, since it is pure silicone, it can be be boiled to completely disinfect. I store it wrapped in a small cloth to avoid any scratches on the silicone and then place it in a box out of direct sunlight. It is very easy to care for since the material isn't porous at all. The only inconvenience of silicone is that it isn't compatible with any silicone lubes.

The toy does not require instructions. It arrived inside my EdenFantasys delivery box in a very simple clear plastic bag with the Joe Rock cardboard label stapled to the top. There are no problems with the packaging, although I did expect something slightly fancier. I would not recommend the original packaging for gifting or storing.

I would definitely recommend this to others who are beginning to explore anal (perhaps not for the first experience, however) as well as to veterans for some foreplay.

My experiences have been pretty good. As long as I am in practice, I have no problems (although the size certainly feels a lot more formidable than it looks). It's just a simple plug with no bells and whistles, vibrations, or thrusts, but it does its job very well.
