The Little End is essentially a slim standard silicone butt plug. Its use is limited to anal due to its small girth. Its solid one piece silicone construction and cheap price however, make it a great toy for modifying; for those who are kink inclined, attachments such as rabbit tail for holiday excursions are rather easy to attach.

The silicone used by Doc Johnson for this toy is of good quality and about standard for its market. Due to its small diameter, the toy has some flex but is still rigid enough for easy insertion. The mold is clean without any irregularities or lines found in cheaper products. Like most silicone products, the toy warms quickly to the body. Water based lubes spread evenly over the material and no dragging sensation is created when inserting or removing the plug.

As implied by the name, the Little End is well... little. The toy is decent for beginners, the girth of the toy shouldn't be challenging for most individuals. Unfortunately this product experiences the same difficulty many thin plugs do; the flare going from the head to the neck is very narrow and causes the toy to be difficult to retain during movement. This can be true even for novice users. This means for intermediate or advanced anal adventurers, this product might not be terribly effective. The flare on the base is extensive, which makes the product safe, even for the experienced users mentioned above.

The plug does exactly what its suppose to with minimal effort. Insertion and removal are easily achieved as long as a water based lubricant is used. However as previously mentioned, the plug can slip out easily during movement. I do not recommend this product for wear outside the bedroom for this reason, unless the narrow flare on the neck is suitable to the user's anatomy.

The simplicity of the Little End's shape makes it easy to care for. It can be treated like any other silicone product, meaning spray, wipes, or even boiling are suitable for cleaning. The one location to take extra care of is the 'Doc Johnson' engraving on the flared base which tends to collect residual lubricant after play.

Personally the Little End is too small for me, but will provide a gentle gateway to anal play for others.
