This is definitely a butt plug, a slimmer one at best, but a butt plug. It's very attractive and easy to slip in with a good lube, preferably water-based as silicone lube shouldn't be used on silicone toys. I think this is a good toy for intermediate anal soloists/couples, and it can and should be used on all/any occasions. I don't have any safety precautions, as this toy is flared enough for it to be declared safe in my opinion for anal play.

Silicone being the main component, this toy feels velvety to the touch; with lube it feels very smooth and is hard enough for insertion but it is flexible enough to not hurt when in use. It has no smell since it is silicone, but if just removed from the rectum it may have some smell of that before cleaning. Make sure to keep all your butt toys clean! Silicone is tasteless, so don't worry about there being a taste. It's not a realistic toy, but it feels really good inside my butt! I really like the design, minus the toy being a bit pointy. Even though it's pointy, though, it's still great for insertion like a taper would go through an ear lobe to gauge an ear. I like the shape of it, and I think it fits me well. The size is good too, as I'm between beginner and intermediate in my anal playfulness. This is a good fit plug for average users at 3 3/4 inches insertable length and a circumference of 3 1/4 inches. It's not a realistic toy, but as I said, it feels great in my butt to warm up for my boyfriend's cock. It's not as discreet as some toys, but if you're careful to hide it you may certainly travel with it.

I like the taper-like qualities of this toy. Like a lot of butt plugs, it "gauges" your butt hole, and then holds it in place without stretching your asshole entirely. Because it's silicone, water and soap or a sex toy cleaner will clean it well. It won't harbor bacteria and it shouldn't smell. It's extremely easy to care for, as it is with all silicone toys, and it can be stored in its original packaging or a simple sandwich bag.

As for lube, don't use silicone lube with any silicone toy as together the silicones will destroy each other. Well, mainly the lube will destroy, or "melt" the sex toy its on. I use water-based lube with all of my sex toys. That is an all around winner. Sliquid is my favorite water-based lube.

As seen on the product page, this butt plug comes in a plastic clamshell package which can be easily recycled with the rest of your recyclables. The paper insert can be recycled as well. The toy was cheap, but a good find, and the packaging is fine for gifting as it looks more professional in its package than a lot of sex toys. It can also be used for storage if need be.
