This toy can be thrusted by hand or rode depending on your preference. It's an excellent trainer for something larger in your toy collection that you may be working up to. It's definitely on the larger end of medium toys. If you're an intermediate anal toy user, you will find this easy to use and a perfect size for thrusting.

The silicone material of this toy is firm, but it feels soft when lubed and inserted. A thick water-based lube like Maximus is what I recommend. It's easy to clean thanks to the hygienic nature of silicone.

The contoured design of this plug allows multiple sensations. The user can opt to insert only one or both bulbs, which will depend on the person's experience level. The contours create pleasurable sphincter contractions due to the difference in circumference between the bulbs, the rest area, and neck.
The short length is excellent for me, since I focus entirely on circumference and heft when it comes to anal toys.

Once I am sliding the Severin Medium past both sphincters with ease, I'm on the verge of ecstasy and can more easily accept the stretch of the Severin Large. I honestly don't think I've ever cum using only the Severin Medium. If I never moved up to something larger, I know I would every time. I do find it is much more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time than with something the size of the Large.

I'm glad this toy is so easy to wash, as it is made of pure silicone. Just some soap and water, and it's ready for next time.
It does collect fuzz if stored in fabric, so I store it upright in a box.

If you have eyed the Severin line, I cannot be more enthusiastic about the Severin Medium. You'll find it very pleasurable, and it is a perfect intermediate toy for training towards the Severin Large.
