Fun to Ride

Mustang is a silicone dildo meant to be inserted vaginally or anally. It can be used for solo masturbation sessions, used by one partner on the other, or fitted into a harness (after all, it is designed as a strap-on dildo). The Vixskin silicone is soft and forgiving, so this may be a good dildo to use while playing with a partner. It doesn't run as much of a risk of causing discomfort or bruising if your partner gets too enthusiastic. I used this particular dildo vaginally and anally. I did not have a male partner to use it on.

Remember to be careful about hygiene when practicing anal sex and/or sharing toys with partners. Use a condom over a dildo if you are sharing it. If you have used it anally, never use a dildo vaginally before cleaning it thoroughly.

Don't use silicone-based lubricants with silicone toys; they can damage the material. Only use water-based lubricants with this toy.

It's not particularly travel-friendly. It's not huge or super heavy, but it's fairly large, and it's very realistic.

Vixskin silicone dildos have a solid inner silicone core which is surrounded by softer, more elastic silicone. The result is a dildo that is still as safe and nonporous as you would expect a silicone dildo to be, but with a softer and more realistic feel. Silicone is a 10 on the Edenfantasys Safety Scale. It's nonporous, which means that harmful bacteria cannot infiltrate the material, and it can be sterilized by boiling it.




I found the Vixskin material to be quite squishy. The material is slightly tacky, and washing it hasn't helped the tackiness. It has a very faint, slightly sweet smell, and no taste. Aside from the tackiness, the firmness is the most similar to a real penis that I have felt in a sex toy. It's one of the few that gets the glans "right". The base of the glans is still slightly too firm to feel completely realistic, but it still has a nice squish to it. The shaft feels pretty spot-on for a hard penis.

A lot of products go overboard on stuff like protruding veins (often modeled out of material that's way too hard to begin with) and can never seem to get the glans right. It's like half of the "realistic" toys out there were made by someone who has never actually seen or felt an actual penis. Many of the realistic toys I've tried have been way too hard, or just plain uncomfortable.

Mustang is super comfortable. It's one of the few dildos that I can use almost the entire stated insertable length, and is comfortable enough for me to use doggy-style. It's also extremely comfortable when used anally. The material is firm enough to be stimulating, but has enough give to it to move with me. It doesn't poke me like some anal dildos and butt plugs do. The head also provides some nice sensation and a pleasant sort of "popping" when used anally or vaginally.

It warms up nicely as it absorbs your body heat, or you can place it in a bowl of warm water to warm it up.
I wouldn't try to chill it, though.

At 7.25" total if you include the base (but only about 6.5" insertable), Mustang is on the longer end of the scale for average penis size. It's not an unrealistic size for a penis. I like the length, I just wish it had just a little bit more girth. Measured at about its midpoint, it has a circumference of about 4.5". It lacks a suction cup, as it's meant to be used as a strap-on, so the only way to really ride it solo is to place it in a sex pillow or otherwise wedge it against something else.

The diameter of the flared base is 3". I'm not worried at all about it getting sucked into my anus.

It has a slight curve to it, which I kind of like, but it will bend and straighten out as you need. The glans is nicely shaped and provides some pleasant stimulation. It's one of the few dildos that actually stimulates the inner lips of my vagina in a nice way.

It's very nicely molded. They captured the details and feeling of a real penis without going too overboard on things like ridiculous veins. The glans has a nice shape. It lacks balls, so if you want a realistic dildo with balls, Mustang is not a good choice for you. It's a solid color, so there's no painted details or anything like that. I prefer that, since I don't want to have to worry about paint rubbing off.

I've heard that Mustang can be used in a harness, but I don't own one or have a partner to use it on right now so I didn't try it that way. I can't wait to, though, since I already feel like it will perform well in that capacity. Used solo (or with a partner, without a harness), it performs wonderfully both vaginally and anally. It also works very well when it's inserted in a sex pillow so that it can be ridden (such as my Bonbon).

I need to use a lot of lube with Mustang, because I find that the material is tacky and the tackiness produces some drag. Once it's well-lubricated, though, it glides easily. I like that it moves with me, and I doubt it's even possible to poke yourself with this dildo. The head is too soft.

Mustang is easy to use - it's a dildo, there aren't any buttons or controls to mess around with. It's not discreet. It looks exactly like a penis and is very obviously a dildo.

Silicone is very safe and easy to care for. There are many cleaning options for this dildo. Spray or wipe it down with sex-toy cleaner, wash it with antibacterial soap and water, soak it in a 10% bleach solution (always rinse it well afterward!) or boil it for 15 minutes. If you plan on sharing with a partner, it's a very good idea to use a condom.

Mustang seems to attract lint and dust like crazy, so I try to store it in the container it came in. Obviously, this is not discreet. It's easy to store in the sense that because it's silicone, you can store it in a lot of places without having to worry about it much, but it's going to pick up lint if you're not careful, and it's obviously a dildo.

Mustang came in a cylindrical plastic case. It's one of the least discreet packages for a dildo that I've ever seen - it's a huge, clear package with a big realistic dildo in it. It's sturdy enough to use as a storage container, though - which is good, since Mustang doesn't come with bag to store it in. The package has basic instructions for cleaning and care on it.

I really like Mustang. It's the most realistic dildo I've used, and I love how easy it is to care for. The material is squishy but still stimulating, so it's a good dildo to use when I need something that is a bit more gentle than my glass or harder silicone dildos and vibrators.

The first time I used Mustang, I was lying on my back. At first, I thought that the material was too floppy to do very much for my G-spot. This one sneaks up on you, though; I kept using it because it at least felt good, and realized that this particular toy was getting me wet in a way that a lot of other toys don't manage. Normally, the only toys that can accomplish what Mustang does are very hard toys that place a lot of pressure on my G-spot, which means that if I'm not careful I can get sore, and I can't always thrust as hard or fast as I want. Mustang does the job, but it's still gentle. I still didn't feel like it was doing a fantastic job of stimulating my G-spot, though... I didn't really feel much.

Then, I placed Mustang in my Bonbon so that I could ride it upright. Huge difference! For reference, riding on top is possibly one of my favorite positions, but most of my favorite toys are way too hard to ride the way I like. Mustang is perfect, though! It didn't feel exactly like a real penis, but it sure came close. I went from feeling sort of "meh" about it to being a huge fan of this toy.

I also tried Mustang anally. It's one of the most comfortable dildos that I've used in that manner. I like the squishiness because it's much more forgiving and it doesn't poke me the way many anal dildos and butt plugs tend to. I can't use the entire length, but just using the head is very pleasant. When using a dildo anally, remember to use LOTS of lube and be careful not to touch the vagina with anything that has touched or been inserted into the anus.
