I thought it was just a dildo. Does a bullet fit inside of it too?

Xavier7 - Yes it has an hollowed out part in the base where you can put a bullet (it comes with one you can put in, or most other bullets should work too), or you could also put in Tantus' suction cup attachment they offer for sale.
