Blossoming Love

The best use for this is... well...anything. I love this toy - it's versatile and just feels damn good in so many ways. The wide circular bulb at one end makes this a safe toy for anal use, and the way it feels makes it a GREAT toy for anal use. It has a little bit more girth and length than the average "butt toy" type of thing, but for me (a rather advanced butt-toy user, heh) it works wonderfully. The nubs on the shaft provide INTENSE stimulation of the anus while you CAREFULLY slide it in (and out).

The slight tilt of the "teardrop" head can hit the g-spot too, so this is also a pretty good toy for vaginal play. Just a note - in some positions, particularly doggy style for me, the nubs sort of rubbed against my pubic bone in an uncomfortable way. This isn't a big deal, however, just a word to the wise. Be aware of your body.

As usual, glass is a very unforgiving material - make sure to start slow if you plan to use this for thrusting rather than g-spot (or possibly p-spot, though I have not attempted that on my partner yet) massage. You could end up with some sore insides!

Definitely try it both warm and cold for an interesting sensation. Run it under warm water (NOT BOILING) for a little while to heat it up, soak it in ice water or put it in the fridge to cool it down. Please do not try to heat this in the oven or the microwave. You will burn yourself, and that will make me sad.

The Blossom G is made of pyrex glass. As it is glass there is no odor or taste.

The texture of the glass (which is to say, its supreme slipperiness) adds a whole different dimension to the kind of stimulation you'd usually get from primarily a thrusting toy. It feels amazing. Lube goes a long way with glass toys. It only takes a tiny bit to get everything slick and ready.

This would be a great toy for someone new to glass toys, as long as the toy's length was not too intimidating. At almost 9" tip to tip, with probably 7" insertable on each side, it's long but not extremely girthy.

The texture of the bumps down the shaft is very nice, none of them feel overly intense or sharp, but you can definitely feel that they're there. The stimulation from this could be a little much for someone who isn't crazy about textured toys, but I really love it.

It's a fairly traditional shape - a round bulb on one end, a "teardrop" shaped bulb on the other end, and a gently curving shaft in between, with a row of bumps or dots down the spine. The attention to detail in the decoration of this toy really makes me happy - each bulb end has a blown glass flower inside the clear glass of the tip. The shaft is spiraled with a luxurious crimson color. It's yet another glass toy that is almost too pretty to lock away in a toy box!

It is quite a long toy, but I do not think that will dissuade beginners. It's very user friendly.

The shape is wonderful for anything from thrusting to g-spot massage, and it also makes a very nice anal toy for the more adventurous. As far as I am concerned, everything is working perfectly.

I'll be blunt with you. I really love using this toy in my butt. Rather, I love having my partner do it for me, because he can see what he's doing. Anyhow, the hardness of the glass and relative smoothness of the shaft (aside from the few bumps along the "spine") make this a very butt-friendly toy for me - nothing that's going to "catch" or "pull" or get too dry or have too much texture.

In vaginal use, it excels as both a g-spot toy and as a thrusting toy - the latter, more so. Just be careful when you're thrusting that thing. It's very hard and could bruise you. The bumps feel great on the sensitive inside walls of the vagina but could be a little too much for very intense thrusting. Your experience may vary.

It is not harness compatible as far as I know.

Pyrex glass is the easiest thing to care for. I wash mine in the sink with hot water and Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap, but you can also sterilize it with a 10% bleach solution, alcohol, boil it or throw (CAREFULLY!) it into the top rack of your dishwasher. Storage is also a breeze - slip it back into the velvety pouch it came with, and put it away.

Glass, of course, is compatible with whatever lube you feel comfortable using, so use your favorite! A little goes a long way.
