My wife loves this toy! We have used it many times many different ways. At first it was just for getting her off when we were bored. She didn't like too much using it anally as she thought it was slightly too large for her. But I would enter anally while she stuck it in vaginally, and had some good DP play. But be careful not to go too far as you could bruise the cervix!

The textured just adds pleasure. It's not too rough to cause irritation but just enough to add sensation. It's super smooth because it is made of glass, but if thrusted too far it can hurt her cervix.
