Twisted Pleasure is a pretty glass dildo that has a unique swirled texture. It is an average size, in both length and girth, that is non-intimidating and can appeal to most users. This toy can be used for stimulating the vaginal walls by twisting it, the g-spot (if you don't need a curved toy), and can also be rubbed on the clitoris for additional stimulation. I also find that I enjoy the way it feels when I use my muscles to grasp this one, so I use it for kegel exercises as well. The slight base also makes it safe for anal play. Care should be taken not to thrust too hard and bruise tissue, however this one is not as long as other dildos so this may not be as much of a problem.

Every time I go to make an order I am always considering at least one glass toy. I love glass mainly because it provides very firm pressure for g-spot stimulation and I don't always need a curved toy. Glass is completely body safe so you never have to worry about it putting harmful chemicals into your body. It is also non porous so the material will no hold onto bacteria. There is no smell or taste to glass. Even with texture, it is completely smooth to the touch and glides along the skin very easily.

This particular glass dildo has a swirled texture on the entire shaft with a smooth head. I was expecting the texture to be more pronounced and intense from the pictures, but I am far from disappointed. Although it looks like it might be a lot for a beginner, or someone who is nervous about texture on a firm toy, I think the texture on this one is so smooth that it won't be uncomfortable. The smooth head makes insertion very easy and then the texture also glides in smoothly as well, I didn't even need to use lube with this one. I find that you feel the texture more when you twist or turn this one as opposed to regular thrusting.

I read the measurements for this one and I figured that because it had so much texture the smaller size would not be as noticeable. I could tell that this one was smaller, at only 6 inches insertable and 1.25 inches in diameter, in my hands but it felt like the perfect size when inserted. The shorter length allowed me to really go to town with this one in regard to thrusting. I also think the smaller diameter makes it so that the texture is comfortable during movements. The size of this one would be nice for someone who is content with a smaller glass toy or for someone who wants to try texture but is not sure how much or if they will like it.

I have found over time that I tend to enjoy glass dildos that have a curve to them so that they can reach my g-spot more easily. I wasn't anticipating being able to hit my g-spot that well with this toy, but I was able to. Thrusting allowed the texture to rub it for more subtle sensations, but twirling it really allowed me to enjoy the texture on my g-spot.

Although this one is definitely artistic in appearance, it still looks like a penis. It is not discreet unless maybe you collect phallic art and then maybe you can hide it among your "art" collection. I would not travel with it unless you have a nicely padded bag.

The Twisted Pleasure performed better than I expected. As I mentioned, I wasn't planning on this one being as great for g-spot stimulation because it had no curve, but it did just fine. When I twist this dildo I can feel every inch of the texture stimulating my walls and g-spot. I am able to orgasm pretty quickly when I combine thrusting and twirling.

The first time I used it, I was not very impressed with the size. However, after using it more I stopped focusing on not feeling more full and starting to realize how much I enjoyed the sensations that I got.

Although this one has a base that makes it safe for anal play and the texture is not overwhelming, I am a bit nervous about trying it anally. If you like texture on your anal toys then this could be fun. When or if I do decide to try it this way I will be sure to include that experience in the follow-up.

I clean my Twisted Pleasure with warm water and soap, but toy cleaner also works. It is important to make sure you clean the swirls well, but it is not anything that requires a serious amount of cleaning. If you want to disinfect your toy then you can boil it, put it in the dish washer, or wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution.

Any lube can be used with glass, however I don't like to use lube with this one because it takes away from feeling the texture.

Right now this one is kept in the red bag that it came with. Because these bags are not very padded I tend to keep my glass toys in my drawer as well for added protection.

Like most of my SSA Glass toys, the Twisted Pleasure came wrapped in bubble wrap inside of the red velvet bag that I use for storage. No information is included with this piece, glass is pretty easy to care for and there are no "controls" on this one to explain. I think it would be cute if this came with a booklet with all the products in it, although this would just make me want to buy more.

I have learned that adding lube to textured toys makes them much better, so when I tried this one for the first time I made sure to use lube. It made things nice and slippery but I feel like it took away from feeling the texture. I think this is what contributed to my not liking this one as much the first time I used it. When I stopped using lube I was able to feel the texture more.

As I mentioned, a twisting motion worked a lot better for me than traditional thrusting. Unlike my Blue Spiral, which I like to spin fast, I like to twist it slowly. My g-spot loves this!
