Sugar drop, you just aren't my sweetheart.

The Sugar Drop looks like an ideal g-spot toy. Made of silicone with what appears to be a perfect head and coming with a cute stand- how can you go wrong? The Sugar Drop's undoing comes with the huge size of the head and the fact most will have discomfort inserting this, let alone using it for g-spot thrusting. The only saving grace is that the handle makes a nice dildo.

Pros
Silicone, clear stand to store it on, classy packaging.
Cons
Entirely too large of a head for not only insertion, but g-spot stimulation.

Sad! And weird about the fact that it looks brown on some surfaces. I still want it, but... not as much.

Epiphora- It's huge. My jaw dropped when I saw it. And it's because the silicone isn't solid, like the white Ella, but just a bit see through.

Is it bad that I still want this just because it's bright orange?

BB- I love the toys color choices! The blue and green are also attractive to me. Smile

The color is great - it's so pretty! I'm not sure about the size, though.
I kind of still want it too...

On the sugar drop, the flat part that is reminiscent to the ella and gigi head is the handle and the smaller end is the shaft. While it can be used both ways - cuz I've read reviews where folks did - you'd have to be an advanced size queen to take the handle.

I researched it when I did my review and nearly every product description on every site that carries it talks about the bubbles being texture during insertion which would indicate you insert the bubble side. Also that the flat, flared handle fits in the palm of your hand.

I dunno. I guess I could be wrong but I pretty much assumed seeing it's size and given it's measurement in the product specs as being 1 5/8 - which I think it is midshaft - and that the flat end was much, much larger than that, that the flat end is therefore the handle. Again, most product descriptions pretty much make this seem to be the case, as well.

I actually enjoyed it for g-spot stimulation using the flat end against the palm of my hand and the curved, thinner end for insertion. It allowed for pretty decent thrusting -- although it was a bit floppy in the neck.

I think, since LELO came out with their shapes, folks are assuming this one is the same since it looks so similar

Carrie Ann- If that is the case and what I presumed to be the handle is actually supposed to be for g-spot stimulation: my opinion still does not change. It is a large product and it does little to stimulate my g-spot: I need more of a curve and more direct pressure than this product could provide.
Thank you though for taking the time to explain the way you use it- my poor vagina has already been brutalized, but maybe one day I'll try the "handle" as a warm up for sex. Smile

I can imagine. When I tried to use the flat end it created an odd suction thing in my vagina that scared me half to death. Something about the shape of it made it feel like it was never going to come out and it hurt like HELL.

Which is why I'm like.. man.. no one else should do that. Ever! Wrong way, wrong way! Lol

I completely understand why you might have used it the wrong way because it looks so much like the Ella. How strange. I like the little holder though

The Sugar is a great toy - we've used both vaginally and anally - obviously after a good cleaning.

Sorry to hear that you found it too large - the tapered tip glides in just great with the proper amount of lube.Smile

Thanks for your honest review. I have ordered the Ella (still waiting for it to arrive) and I was wondering if the Sugar Drop would be another good buy. (Hope I love the Ella!)
