The Picobong Ako is a wonderful clitoral vibrator that is packed with many vibration patterns. It is waterproof and has a great size, shape, and even comes in a few different colors. It is designed as an outie vibe that is to be used for clitoral stimulation but also can be used for a small amount of insertion. Ako can also be used for stimulation on the breasts, nipples, or any other body part that would satisfy you. It is not a flared toy and is not intended to be used for anal play though. With its small size, it is easy to hold on to and won't get in the way which makes it great for solo or couple play.

The Picobong Ako is a very firm toy made from high quality silicone and ABS plastic. Silicone has a safety rating of 10/10 and plastic has a rating of 8/10. The toy itself is silicone so it is completely body safe. It has a very nice velvety smooth feeling, which makes it feel wonderful. The plastic part of the toy is the handle and it is ribbed textured. The texture on the handle makes it very easy to keep a hold of, whether on the bed or in a shower. It does cause a minor bit of dragging along the skin but a little drop of lube completely fixes that and gives you a nice glide with it. The Picobong brand name is on the side of the toy along with the 3 buttons that control the settings but you do not feel them at all during play. There is also no odor to Ako at all.

Ako has a really cute shape and design. The size and shape of it is just perfect to be able to stimulate your clit and any other body parts while it fits comfortably in your hand. It has a friendly design that would not be intimidating to beginners and with its size, it will not get in the way during couple play. At first glance, it does not look like a sex toy but I'm sure someone would figure out what it was if it were left out. The whole toy is very small with the length being about 4 3/4", insertable length around 3", and the diameter at 1 1/2".

Ako is powered by 2 AAA batteries. You open the cap by twisting it to place them. There are mini pictures inside of the toy that show you which way to insert the batteries. The controls for the toy are 3 buttons, which are located on the side of Ako. There is a "+" for power, a "-" for powering down, and an "M" for mode. You do not feel the buttons during play and it is probably best to pick the setting beforehand as it may be annoying to go through all the settings in the heat of the moment. There are 12 patterns starting from the lowest setting that works its way up to the strongest. Even with all the patterns and intensity levels, it is still a pretty quiet toy. It starts out very silent at the lowest setting and starts to get a bit louder while you work your way up with the stronger vibrations. Even at the highest setting, it is still pretty quiet. I rate it at a 2 out of 5 on the noise scale. Since Ako is also waterproof, it makes a perfect shower toy. I had no problems with it at all in the shower. I always get worried when toys say they are waterproof because I'm afraid they will not work afterwards.

Care and maintenance for this toy is very simple. You can clean the toy by simply using a toy cleaner or warm water and soap. It is very small and just under 5 inches, so you can store it easily back into its box, a fabric pouch, or into a toy case. I would also recommend using a water based lube with it, just to be sure that it would not damage it any.

Ako comes in a really cute plastic and cardboard package that color coordinates with the color of the toy you choose. It comes with a user manual, a warranty booklet, and it also comes with this key chain type thing that you can hook onto the end of your toy if you want. The package wouldn't last long very long for storage if you regularly use it, so I would recommend storing it in something else.

Ako has become my favorite clitoral toy and my favorite toy to take into the shower. I don't know of many clitoral vibrators for this price that can put out such great vibrations, and has so many settings to them. As much as I love it as a solo toy, it has also been a lot of fun using it with my partner.
