PicoBong Ako... Things I Wish I Hadn't Bought

This is one well made, quality toy that I almost never use due to the fact that the controls for the intensity and pattern of vibration are difficult to work during use.

Pros
Lots of functions/options. Many ways to use.
Cons
Complicated controls difficult to master.

I was really excited about this one, but after one or two tries it got sent to the back of the toy drawer. This works well for what it is. The look, color (mine is blue!) and size are all great. I had 2 main issues with this item.

First: I just can't get the hang of using the controls. There's a button to press and hold down to turn it on. Then two other buttons cycle you through different options for buzz patterns and intensities. There are 12 different patterns and 7 intensities. That is a lot of combinations. So, I feel like it's a really elegant design that I would seriously have to practice with in order to get the hang of it. I'm basically using my toys by myself, in the dark, with one hand. The only way I got this to do anything for me was to set the desired setting in the light, beforehand, and use it on a breast to provide additional stimulation. (And then hope I didn't apply accidental pressure to the wrong button at the wrong moment and either turn it off, or cycle it to a less pleasing pattern/speed, and then have to cycle it all the way through again.) For me, if it's complicated to get a toy to do what I want it to do, I'm going with a simpler toy. I don't have time to mess around with something that doesn't work.

Second: The other issue, more personal and more variable, is that I find I just don't come with *only* external stimulation. Maybe I just didn't ever find the right setting (possible) or lost patience, but the Ako just didn't do it for me. So, chalk it up to a learning experience. I read a lot of great positive reviews, but I feel it's important to point out that nothing works the same way for everyone and each person is different. If you already know you like "outie" vibes like this and want a better quality one, or if you want something just for foreplay or breast/nipple stimulation, this could be a good option.

The material is silicone, so don't use with silicone-based lubes, of course. it is very smooth, with a nice texture. It seems louder to me than I expected. I don't think I would use it if there were someone asleep in the next room. It is waterproof, which is always a good feature for a toy, I think.
