This is a fun little toy for external stimulation. The vibrations are not buzzy but are deep. The vibrations are not very strong. Even on the highest setting, I would consider it a medium speed. If you like something with strong vibrations, this is not the toy for you. If you are looking for a solid, medium-speed toy, this is a good choice. It does have some fun patterns of vibration.

The placement of the controls is not well thought out. It is a neat theory that does not work well in practice. There is the PicoBong logo on the side. The controls are located in the center of the P and B letters. This makes it hard to adjust the settings while in use. Also I found it a challenge to change the settings. You must cycle through all the settings before getting back to where you were if you miss a pattern or setting on the first go-around. It does not have a dedicated on/off button, so to turn it off, you must hold down the "-" button, and that can be a challenge to find without looking at it. So if you need a toy that can be quickly shut down, this is not the toy for you. The toy is very quiet and could be used in a roommate situation. It has three constant settings and several patterns. I enjoyed the patterns.

I really like the texture, as it is soft and silky. The vibe itself is hard plastic with what appears to be a silicone coating. This toy has no flexibility or squish. The quality and feel are very good and of high quality. It is solid and well made. The vibe had no smell that I could notice. It is easy to clean with soap and water but should not be submerged, with the exception of the PicoBong logo.
