These are a set of vaginal exercisers. They are two silicone balls that are connected with sturdy silicone strings. Inside the outer balls, there are weighted balls that create a rumble as they move. This rumble makes your pelvic floor muscles think that something is about to fall out, so the tense to hold it in. Basically, long story short, wearing these does your kegel work out for you without you consciously having to do it.

Kegel exercises have multiple benefits. The first is stronger orgasms which I don't think anyone will argue with. The second is that it helps prevent complications later in life with your insides falling out. (I am not making this up; look it up on google.)

Beginners to insertables may find these to be a bit girthy for use, so if you are looking at these, really compare the size you are comfortable with.

These are not a toy you are going to want to use anally because the retrieval cord is too short to be safe on the off chance these get pulled inside due to a stray muscle spasm.

These are made from a very smooth silicone. This silicone has next to know drag which I think is a great thing for these. You aren't always inserting these when you are all warmed up and ready to go, so the lack of drag can really help. There are slight ridges on the sides, but I couldn't feel them when worn at all. The texture and feel of these is extremely simple and basic.

Silicone has no odor or taste.

Both balls are angled like a tear drop which makes for easier insertion. The smaller portions angle top and bottom with the wider bases in the center.

These are not going to be suited in size for everyone. I like them because they aren't especially long, coming in at about 4", but they are girthy enough for me at 4.5" at the widest. I feel that these aren't at all overly large, but I do think that they may be a bit large for those very new to insertables.

The center connectors don't flex inward much at all, so the length isn't variable.

These are my first product like this. I had researched exerciser balls, and I had a good idea of what to expect. I did have a bit of learning curve on inserting these. I have a very steep pelvic bone, so it took me a bit to get these situated correctly. I had them inserted too far in. When they are inserted correctly, they feel like they are going to fall out. They aren't. I wiggled and bounced every which way, and they stayed in place despite feeling like I was in a loosing battle with gravity.

That is the point of these. They are made to feel like they are slipping out, so that your muscles will flex to keep them in place. Overall, I could definitely tell that I had worn them as my muscles felt tense afterwards for about 45 minutes.

JoyDivision recommends only wearing these for 10 minutes at a time until you can do so easily, and then increase the time period after that. I concur with this. Once I had these in correctly, it was a very long ten minutes for my pelvic muscles.

These are made from silicone, so they require a certain amount of care. Silicone can only be used with water based lubricants. The makers of this include a sample with the toy which is a nice perk. Additionally, silicone cannot be stored touching other types of toy materials like other silicones, TPR, UR3, etc. The manufacturer also included a storage pouch which is really cool.

As for cleaning, Silicone can be serilized by boiling it, putting it in the top rack of your dishwasher, or wiping it with a 10% bleach solution. If you just want to clean it, you can wash this in warm water with mild soap or toy cleaner. I though these were going to be difficult to clean due to the strings and ridges, but they aren't deep so they wiped down very nicely.

JoyDivision thought of everything when they made the packaging for this toy. Except proofreading. The packaging has some awkward spelling errors in the English translation. this is made by a German company, so a lot of the packaging is in German, but they do include English, French, Spanish, French, Polish, and something else that I can't tell. Plus, there are illustrations on the included box about how to use this, so that helps cut down on confusion.

There is an included pamphlet that explains how to use these and why they are beneficial, and they also included a catalog of other items that they offer. They have a sample of water based lubricant and a polyester satin pouch for storage in the box as well.

The packaging isn't terribly pretty, but it is very informative, and the pouch and lube are very nice perks.
