K-Y yours and mine - lubricant discontinued by K-Y Brand - review by MrsDutton

I'm sure many of us have seen the commercials for K-Y Yours and Mine where they show an average, boring couple that tries Yours and Mine and all of a sudden their lack-luster intimacy has turned into a steamy passionate love-making session. I had hoped for those same results when I introduced Yours and Mine into my bedroom routine. Unfortunately, the results were anything but spectacular.

I'm a hard-to-impress type when it comes to lube because many are just too sticky and make a mess and like most people, if I'm going to use a lube, I'd love for it to create some fireworks. K-Y Yours and Mine has its pros and cons. The packaging is practical and comes with the cute colored tubes, one for partner #1 and the other for partner #2. The tubes are easy to open and close and I've never had a problem with lube leaking out or anything like that. The lube itself, however, is on the sticky side. I have seen worse but I did have to use a baby wipe on my hands afterward.

Now, the important part is how the lube works. At first, I had high hopes for Yours and Mine. It was smooth and created a nice friction but I found the slippery feeling it gave became too slippery and that was with very little applied. As for the fireworks, K-Y's Yours and Mine provided none, to my disappointment. Other than the normal "lube feeling" I did not find anything special at all about this lube. It felt like all the other average lubes out there. I was disappointed in Yours and Mine, and if you are looking to be blown away like in the commercials, look somewhere else. K-Y's Yours and Mine is nothing more than your average lube.
