The Hitachi Magic Wand has been my best friend for the past two years. We had heard rave reviews from some friends of ours, so we thought we'd give it a try. The intense vibrations it delivers are exactly what I need most of the time (can't be a one-trick pony all of the time). I generally only use it on the lower setting, but sometimes it is fun to kick it up to the high setting from time to time. My wife is a little braver and generally uses it on the higher setting. The large handle makes it easy to direct without getting a wrist cramp or having to bend over to operate. The downside to its size is that it does not work well in normal missionary position. Also, continued intense use day after day can make a pubic bone sore from time to time. It is not a quiet toy, but we live in a sex-positive adult household so we don't have to worry about being quiet.
