I suffer from migraines and the heart warmer is a really big help when I'm going through one. It's really cool way to have a heating pad just laying around. Once yours arrives you will want to activate it and try it. It has a coin size disk floating around inside of it that you pop and it starts getting hot instantly. Anywhere you can touch your body with the heart warmer with will relax. The soft plastic and warm contents gives to your part.

In the bed, I love for my husband to give me a back massage. While he is rubbing my back he lays the heart warmer on the back of my neck. This really relaxes me! And when I'm relaxed, I get horny. (What am I talking about, just about anything my man does makes me horny!) When he rubs oil on me with the heart, it just glides over my skin and feels so good. The heart warmer is great for sinus headaches too. It hugs the bridge of your nose and relieves pressure like nothing else I've tried. My heart warmer stayed warm for about an hour then slowly started cooling down and becoming hard.

When your heart warmer is completely hard and cold then it's time to reset it. It's really simple! Just boil some water in a pan big enough that the whole heart fits in it. Make sure the water is boiling and with a pair of tongs slowly lower the heart into the boiling water. Let the heart boil until the inside of the heart is completely melted. Carefully remove the heart with the tongs and lay it on a dry towel. Once your heart has completely cooled then you should be able to pop the disk again and reactivate your heart.

I have used this for a sexy massage and for a migraine. Both were great!

The heart warmer is still the answer to my prayers when I get a bad sinus headache or any other ache or pain that needs heat. I've used it many times and it is still doing great.
