Rubber Ducky, You're the One

Cake Beauty made a deliciously scented bubble bath that is hypoallergenic and lacks many common ingridients that have health concerns. My sensitive skin is thankful. It's also smells lightly of wonderful raspberry tart and vanilla which is a huge bonus. I was a little disappointed that the bubbles weren't large and fluffy, but overall, I feel that is a small complaint.

Use

Canadian company Cake Beauty brings this delicious bath bubble for your consumption. It's a frothy delight in a bath, but I have also found that it doubles wonderfully as a body wash.

The scents are all based on some kind of sweet delicious treat, so it's not very masculine, but it's at least not a floral scent, so men be warned that if you use this, you will smell like all things warm and delicious but not manly.

I would gladly give this away as a gift because there is nothing sexual at all about the packaging.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

This is rather thick and doesn't disperse immediately in the water. I kind of hard to stir it in. Once it is in the water, there isn't any real texture to it.

It's rather thick and creamy when using it as a body wash, but it rinses off cleanly.

Taste / Aroma

The Bath and Shower bubbles smells like a raspberry tart. It wafts subtly from the bath and linger deliciously on the skin for several hours afterwards. It's subtle and not overpowering. I found that you can only detect it from very close, so only those within hugging distance will be able to smell it.

Performance

Overall, I can't complain. It smells nice. That's an understatement; it smells amazing. My skin is noticeably softer after even a short soak in the tub with this which is not common. Normally my skin is dry after a bath. The one downside is the bubbles aren't big a frothy at all. There is a thin layer of white on top of the water. It's not a huge downside, but it is a tad bit disappointing.

Packaging

The packaging doesn't refer to any kind of sex, pheromones, or other sort of indiscreet thing, so gift giving is a go for this. The packaging is in both English and French as it is from a Canadian company.

The container is a sturdy plastic bottle with a pop top that helps prevent pouring too much. You can squeeze the bottle to control how much comes out.
    • Discreet looking packaging
    • Easy to use / dispense
    • Very informative packaging
