Creamy, Moisturizing, and smells so yummy you'll want to drink it!

Cake's Milk Made Nourishing Bath & Shower Bubbles can be used as a luxurious bubble bath or you can use it as a body wash in the shower. I chose to use it as a body wash because I don't take baths very often. It's creamy, moisturizing, makes lots of foamy bubbles, and it smells sweet and delicious. Anyone who loves delicious sweet scents will love this! The packaging is simple and cute and you'd never know that it was purchased from an adult website. If you need some pampering this is would be a great gift to give yourself or you could also give it as a gift.

This product doesn't contain any parabens, sodium chloride, phthalates, GMO's, mineral oil, petrolatum, gluten, or triclosan. It does contain marshmallow extract and hydrolyzed milk proteins. You're obviously not going to drink this (but you'll be tempted to!) so you might want to do a spot test on your skin first if you're really sensitive to milk products. If you're really allergic to milk then you might want to skip this product altogether. Keep in mind that this contains glycerin. If you take baths often this might be an issue.

The body wash (I'll just call it body wash in my review) is a pearly clear/white color and it's very thin. It pours out of the bottle easily. It's thick enough to stay on my bath pouf and when I use it in the shower the lather stays on my skin a long time. The lather is velvety and soft and stayed on until I rinsed it off at the end of my shower. It doesn't feel sticky, greasy, or unpleasant in any way. It feels divine! It definitely feels like a high quality spa product and is superior to some other cheap products hanging out in my shower right now, particularly shower gels that barely foam up with very little moisturizing properties. This body wash feels wonderful on my dry skin and I can definitely feel that my skin is getting clean as well as moisturized when I used this.

I also tested a very small amount in my bathroom sink to show you just how fluffy and foamy the bubbles can get when used in the bath or in a foot tub. The bubbles last about 10 minutes before slowly disappearing.

The scent is described on the bottle as smelling like, "whole vanilla milk and baked raspberry." It smells exactly like the description if you can imagine it. To me it sort of reminds me of a tall cold glass of strawberry milk. It smells like vanilla but definitely has that berry note to it that's creamy and delicious. It doesn't smell bitter or too tarty at all it just smells sweet and creamy. It really smells like you could drink it!

When I smell it out of the bottle the scent is strong. When used in the shower the scent is strong but as it lathers up the scent gets lighter. If you dislike strong scents that are sugary and sweet you might not like this. It's not so strong that it chokes you out or anything but it's strong enough to be smelled when it's on a shower pouf and on your body while in the shower. The whole inside of my shower was lightly scented with that scrumptious aroma of baked raspberries and vanilla. Some products I've tried smell good but only when you put your nose right down in it. This isn't the case with this body wash. It's the perfect balance of strong and light.

After my shower the scent lightly lingers on my skin. I love this scent but it doesn't last very long and quickly wears off.

I've used this in the shower a few times now and I really like it. Besides smelling amazingly yummy it lathers up nicely and stays on the skin until you're ready to rinse it off. It definitely feels thin and velvety soft while you wash. It's a lot more moisturizing than the body wash I was previously using which was a cheap brand name from my local store. It cleans while it moisturizes and it smells delicious. It's everything that I expected it to be and I'm really happy with it! The only thing I can think of that might be an issue is that the bottle is big and heavy and gets slippery easily. I haven't dropped it on accident but it's always a possibility. If you're clumsy and you drop it on your toe it's going to hurt a lot so be careful! The bottle is hard to squeeze too but the product is thin so it's not that much of an issue. But if it's running low and you're trying to squeeze out the last bit it'll be a little difficult. I think it would be a lot better if it was a pump bottle. If you get any of the Cake lotions in similar bottles they're a lot harder to squeeze.

You can use this as a body wash or use it in the tub as bubble bath. I have a foot tub that I like to soak my feet in and it would work well for this too.

The bottle was packaged in a clear plastic bag just in case it leaked while it was being shipped. It didn't leak and I haven't had any problems with the bottle leaking. I think you could easily travel with it but keeping it in a plastic ziplock bag would be best. As you can see from my pic the bottle is large and holds a lot of product. I have it next to a bottle of Venus body scrub for size comparison. The bottle has a large shiny sticker label and a plastic click-top lid.
